I had a lot of foundation work done on my 100+ year old home. I had to get plumbing moved on short notice. Then, the movement of the home created a leak in my radiator heating system. Atomic Plumbing sent Chris out both times. Boy am I glad they did. He sure knew what he was doing. He and Will knocked out the changes and repairs in a timely and professional manner. After the project was done, I had an issue with water pressure. Again Chris came out. He diagnosed and fixed the problem at no charge. I’m very happy with Chris and Atomic Plumbing, and would happily recommend them for your job.

The Church of St Therese was hosting the homeless and our showers started backing up. After another local contractor came out and could not fix our issue, Sean came out on a Sunday evening and stayed until the job was done. (Clean and professional job) Highly recommend.

This was my first time using All Day Plumbing and I could not have been more pleased. They worked me into their schedule on the same day as my calll and was even able to arrive sooner than expected. Ronald arrived, listened to my woes and got straight to work. Almost 6 hours later, all the problems were corrected and Ronald was just as professional and pleasant as he was when he arrived. He NEVER stopped working. Just when I thought it might be a lost cause, he continued to prevail. Thanks for hiring such a dedicated and conscientious employee. Approximately 3 days ago I arrived at my home after driving 9hrs at around 3am to find that I had a massive leak that I later learned was my supply line. Never having had to deal with this before, I obviously freaked out and got the water turned off. Later that morning after calling multiple plumbers local to the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area I had one come out from a different company (NOT MR. ROOTER) that immediately wanted to charge me $3.5k just to break up concrete and look for the leak. He did not turn the water on, or so much as shine a flashlight on the area I said water was coming from. The next company wanted me to do leak detection through a 3rd party first and then have them do the repair, the leak detection was quoted to be about $500, most other places charge much less.

This is significant because Mr. Zhane Albrecht from Mr. Rooter not only found the leak that was actually located above ground, but explained to me how the damage occurred, why it occurred and how he was going to fix it. This guy is the walking epitome of customer service and satisfaction, he wasn't pushy and you could tell he was advising on matters as if it were his own home which speaks volumes to his character as a professional that cares about people.

Rarely is it ever a good circumstance to have to call out a plumber, but through the unfortunate issue I had, I was thankful I had somebody knowledgeable and honest enough to see me through to the other side WITHOUT trying to rake me over the coals. Thanks Zhane, you're the man!

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

Had a bad hose bib and shut off valve. The technician called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. Checked out the problem upon arrival. Made sure I was good with initial cost before starting. Finished job quickly and was very thorough. Emailed receipt with pictures of work. Easy to deal with.

The technician Austin was amazing. If you have aTrane AC unit, go with the company that is a dealer for the brand. So happy I contacted American and I’ll call again for any other issues I may have with my house. Thank you for such great service!!

First, we had one of the big companies come over to look at our water pressure problem. They did nothing but tell my fiance that it would be several hundred dollars to troubleshoot the problem. I decided to get a second opinion from a smaller company and called Tony. He fixed my problem in no time and only charged me the service call.
