Gregory S. Was the tech who came to unclog the main line from my house to the city sewer line. He made quick work of it, cleaned up neatly and was courteous, professional and informative. He took the time to explain why I had the problem and what I could do to avoid problems like that in the future. Greg explained the pricing which was reasonable and I felt like i was being looked out for. No business is any good if the people are not great and Greg is great, so my experience with A1 was great.

From start to finish American Mechanical was professional. Our sales person Scott was very thorough and explained in detail the type of HVAC system we needed and how the replacement process would work. The crews arrived on time and were very professional and made sure to protect our flooring and home during the replacement process. The crew also kept us up to date of the progress they were making and about their return the next day. The whole process was seamless and we are very pleased with our new heating/air and water heater. They left our home clean and the work was done as promised. Definitely recommend American Mechanical to our friends.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

A freak accident happened in my bathroom this morning (causing the pipe behind my toilet to burst) and I needed a plumber ASAP.
