Very courteous, were on time. But their prices were off the charts. Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere for my plumbing labor needs....They don't give quotes on the phone, so beware the service charge. .

Called in the morning and Raymond was able to come by mid-afternoon. Found the problem right away and fixed it on the spot. Was reasonable and I would highly recommend him.

The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.

So I chose Amer Mech, based on their reviews and they had done service 2 yrs ago. But, beware! After tech installed Freon, the air from the outside unit was no longer blowing up. Instead air was blowing out the sides. My husband took it apart and saw they had wired the fan in backwards. He wired white wire with black wire. It’s supposed to be white to white, black to black and if you didn’t know you surely would have noticed air wasn’t blowing up! Also stated my condenser coils needed cleaning for $600. Really? Look at my pics my husband took. Then he asked me if I would leave him a 5 star review. Glad I waited to leave review. And they are licensed HVAC TECHS?? This was deliberate sabotage to get me to buy a new unit becuz he saw mine had some age to it, but only 10 yrs. Just beware. Go with a family owned company imo.

Excellent customer service from initial phone conversation, day of service contact, and during visit. Clearly experienced and straightforward pricing. Of note was the way in which Mr. Bertolino mentored his worker to ensure he knew the why steps were done was evidence of patience and pride in the work. A trustworthy old-school businessman that you should hire for your plumbing needs.

11-5-19 UPDATE! STILL AWESOME PLUMBER! Google won't let me write a second review for a new service call so I'm adding to the first review. Our kitchen faucet developed a slow leak. During inspection we also found that the disposal was leaking and we hadn't noticed the water damage to the MDF bottom of cupboard. Called Mr. Bertolino and he provided guidance for replacement faucets (e.g. which brands require least repairs/last longest, which features are gimicky, etc.) and was fortunately able to get us into his schedule quickly. Upon arrival he identified two broken isolation valves and offered advice on re-routing lines for less obstruction. Provided the same awesome tutelage to his son (who rightfully knows his stuff anyway but the obvious camaraderie was good to see) and they had all the necessary pieces/parts on their truck (no going back to the store). Great guy, very experienced, trustworthy with your family and in your home, very fair pricing. This is who you call or recommend to others.

I had plumbing problems with my family flying in the next day. I called A-1 American in the morning and a service technician was there BEFORE noon. Steve R. was AWESOME! Professional, pleasure to talk with and he explained what he was going to do before he got started. He went the extra mile to insure I had working toilets. I would not hesitate to call again!
