We recently utilized this company and I will definitely say that I am not only impressed with their attention to detail work, but also their professionalism. Specifically one employee (Jared O'Brien). He was very courteous and respectful of our home. Instead of previous experiences with other companies where the atmosphere was that they are there as a courtesy to us (even though we were paying them...) this man was friendly, attentive, and very responsive to our needs. It was a pleasant surprise and with this alone, we will definitely be returning customers and recommending their services.

My bath faucet and sink has been leaking for a while now so I called them to come fix. From now on this is the only company I will call for any of my plumbing repairs. Well done and Good customer service. Pat B is who did my service and he was very nice. I highly recommend this company.

We had a hot water line leak and drain issue and the technicians knew exactly how to complete the repair in a timely fashion. They gave us instructions to stop the water damage until they arrived within 12 hours. I will always call them! Blessings blesses homeowners!

2 of the 3 issues had to be repaired within 6 months by another plumber. This was about 4 years ago. This work was done by one of the brothers. Never again. The owner is questioning my review. I submit to him that his family is from Vermont. How would I know this if there were not a contact ?????

Jim took the time to explain, in great detail, the issues we were having with our plumbing which gave us the confidence to go with his services. He was polite and gave no pause to our request to use shoe covers to help us keep the floor clean for our small children. I would recommend Jim anytime.

We had our ceiling fall out completely from some pipes that had gone bad and started leaking. I contacted RPG and they were able to get me on the schedule within 24 hours to come look at it and then had me scheduled really soon after that. They showed up right on time and finished the job in a timely manner and it looks great. They were very professional and if I have any other plumbing issues in the future I will be using them. Highly recommend!
