Highly recommend them! Fast, professional, and fair. Needed to have our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal replaced. Heard good things about them on the Neighborhood app so we called. They came out the same day. We didn't have the new faucet and disposal already so the technician even went to the store for us and sent us pics of various faucets for us to pick out. Got everything installed quickly and has been working great ever since. Will definitely be using them for our future repair needs!

Mike did a great job repairing a damaged section of soffit and also finding the cause and fixing that too. Service was prompt and and the cost was beyond reasonable. Mike made sure to inform me about each step of the repair as he did them. I recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Professional staff all around. Came up with a solution that worked for our plumbing challenge. Upon completion of the project, One Shot was suggested as annual maintenance to keep the pipes clear. One Shot really works! My request for a second annual order of One Shot was delivered by DJ within 24 hours. Thank you DJ and Roto-Rooter staff.

Our bathroom vanity sinks were clogged and we couldn't figure out why. I googled the issue and knew that if I messed up a DIY solution we'd be in big trouble!! I wanted someone I could trust - and I immediately thought of Jason. Jason came out and efficiently/expertly solved the problem. Highly recommend!!

If you need a plumber to actually show up, I do not recommend this company. I called, made an appointment and was given a timeframe to expect the plumber. No one ever came or even had the common courtesy to call if they couldn't make it.

My home warranty company schedule an appointment with TCP Plumbing & Drains to fix a leak in one of my rental properties. I received a call from TCP to confirm that they had received the work order and to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up nor I didn't receive a phone call. I left two voicemail messages and have yet to receive a call back. My home warranty company attempted to contact them to see what was going on -- and received no response. 0 out of 10, do not recommend.
