So thankful I made the call. The front office associate was very pleasant and shared the practice of what to expect on my service day. Technician Randy arrived within my service window, immediately introduced himself and presented me with his business card. I was also introduced to his assistant Tim who was also very polite. They also had shoe covers they placed on before entering my rooms (how thoughtful). The service was reviewed and cost to complete the job, authorization given and Randy started the task. I am pleased with the job, great TEAM. Thank you!

I was looking for someone to install a Range Hood for my family member. He was having trouble finding both reliability and fair pricing between handymen, electricians, etc. I came across Z Line looking up Yelp and Google Reviews. It ended up being one of the best finds I can speak of and will be using them going forward in the future. Very professional, takes pride in the work and does the job correctly.

A1 has great professionals working there. Every tech that has come to help has been quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I have never had a better experience and result. We had a toilet that had been connected to the hot water, and A1 came out quick, and fixed it without cutting into the walls. We also once had a leak from the upstairs tub into the first floor, and A1 was the only company that offered same day service and they fixed our issue before the first hour was up and offered to look over any other possible issues we might have while he was there. I highly recommend using A1!!

American Mechanical seems like a good company. Tim McDonald was a good rep. However, I felt that his proposal was out sizing our project. We have a 1550 square foot house. He was recommending a 3 ton unit and larger ducts all around. We calculated that we only needed a 2.5 ton unit and just a few larger ducts. Also, he recommended an 18,000 BTU ductless mini split for our 288 square foot uninsulated 3 season room. Everybody knows that it’s better to go a little bit smaller and run a longer cycle, than have an oversized unit that turns off too often and doesn’t properly dehumidify. We calculated that a 12,000 BTU unit was adequate. Lastly, American Mechanical only recommends TRANE and Mitsubishi. Although solid brands, they are overpriced and we ended up going with a company that had comparable units from other manufacturers as well.

Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

I can’t recommend them highly enough. A phone call and advice from her saved me a lot of money. The fact that she would recommend solutions even though that advice would lead to her not making money, shows they care about people over profit. If you need a plumber do yourself a favor and call them.

Todd is now my go to plumber. He's quick to respond and came when he said. He fixed a leak on my hose outlet, unclogged my washer drain and one of my sink drains. His prices are good and don't break the bank. On top of that he's a good guy who loves his family!! Call him.

Pat and Virginia are extremely professional. Not only Do they do things in a timely manner but they give out fair and affordable rates. There was a time when we had a leak with our hard water tank at six in the morning. We called Pat and he was right on his way to help with the emergency we really appreciate there business and professionalism.
