Quality work. Price was fair enough. The simple fix wouldn't have been so simple had I attempted it.

When I first called Cecilia’s I got their voicemail, since I was driving I wasn’t able to text the number they had in their message so I left a voicemail. Within the hour I received a text message about my phone call. I needed a plumber to fix my outside water spigot.

I waited about a week for my initial appointment, Mike came out and was actually earlier than expected. I received a text message letting me know he was on his way. After a thorough inspection, he found a crack in the pipe, he told me exactly what was going on and how he would have to fix it.

He had a fairly quick opening to get everything fixed but I needed time to move the stuff in my garage out of that corner for easy access to the wall where the pipe is located. Fast forward to this morning, I received a text letting me know Mike was on his way and would be there shortly.

This house came with its own set of issues that my husband and I have been fixing and trying to make them better than what we were given.

My confidence in Mike went through the roof when he pointed out that we had the best water pipe spigot thing (my words, not his) that money could buy. He knew at some point our water pipe had been replaced but they didn’t do it correctly and he told me how it should have been done! There wasn’t even an emergency shut off valve, which I had never thought about. Mike said he would be able to put one in for x amount of $ and I was like heck yea!

Mike was quick and efficient. He actually made my water spigot more secure than the previous one! I will gladly call and request Mike for any other plumbing needs we have just based on this initial experience with him and this company.

This repair was also very reasonable! Plumbing issues seem to always cost an arm & a leg, not today folks. It was a win all around!

Zach and Jaren did a great job painting our exterior shutters and doing some repair work in our bathroom. They were on time and completed the repairs within the time quoted. I would definitely recommend for future jobs.

Randon was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our main shut off valve quickly and also provided insight into things we should keep on eye on with our plumbing set up.

This is an awesome company, and Steve is a terrific technician!I had a low water flow problem in my house, and when I called to set up an appointment, I told them it was not urgent. Despite that, they gave me an appt within 24 hours and the technician called to say that he could arrive two hours before that… Great!It was a diagnostic dilemma, but Steve took the time to review a variety of possible sources of our problem. Even after he thought he had found the most likely source, he continued to search and subsequently identified and corrected the problem.We are delighted that we called A1 Sewer & Drain, and that they sent Steve to help us out. He is our hero!

I only count on them to get the job done! Other places are hardly available or don't communicate well and prices are way to high! I am satisfied with the service I receive eveytime from this company.

Called today and spoke with John about the lack of hot water in my house. He talked me thru a few troubleshooting steps over the phone. He gave great advice and was very courteous with me. After a few hours, it appears we now have hot water again, but if there is any pipe damage from the freezing, we will definitely be contacting and going thru them.

Todd is now my go to plumber. He's quick to respond and came when he said. He fixed a leak on my hose outlet, unclogged my washer drain and one of my sink drains. His prices are good and don't break the bank. On top of that he's a good guy who loves his family!! Call him.

We needed an outdoor hot/cold water spigot installed. RPG was on time, professional, and friendly. Within a short period of time, we had brand new piping installed, a working outdoor faucet, and the work area looked like they'd never even been there. It's tough to find a company that takes care of the homes of their clients as if it was their own home, but RPG did just that. I'll call them with anything we need done anytime. They were awesome.

My fiancé and I used Ali-cor after we realized our toilet was having issues flushing (sometimes it would flush and sometimes it wouldn’t) there was also water coming up from our shower every time a toilet would flush. After the tech arrived at the house and took a look he informed us it was a clog and he could fix it using a smaller machine (instead of the larger one). He went and did was he did with the machine and after he assured us the issue was fixed. Not even 2 days later we ran into the same issue that he said was supposed to have been fixed. We called the company back and informed them of the issue and instead of coming out to actually fix the issue they said would be fixed the first time, they told us it would cost the same OR MORE to come out and have the fix the issue again. So we would of had to pay twice for the issue that was supposed to be resolved the first time! Needless to say, we are NOT going to be using this company again nor will we refer them to anyone else seeing as how our issue was never truly resolved. I gave 2 stars because our tech was on time and nice.

I am quite upset because Betty's name is still being used and they do not honor work that had already begun in North Carolina saying they have been taken over by Atlantic and Atlantic doesn't have a NC license. This unit cost $5.300.00 and we can't get a company in NC that will take over Betty's contract. We even paid for labor & parts to be good until 2021. We trusted Betty's and want to know why they can't acquire a NC license to honor their contracts if they are going to continue advertising. Where does that leave all the rest of the people that trusted them in N.C. I lived in Newport News all my life and referred Betty's to everyone I know. I can't even get Betty's Supervisor or owner to call back to talk to them. Help somebody!
We have been dealing with this over three weeks. The water of condensation falls straight through to the duck work and pulled it down. My husband is in his 80's and crawled under the house and saw what has happened. The drain is not clogged. The water just goes straight through. We shut off the unit so no more damage can be done. We don't want to mess up our warranty knowing this. Here is a warning to all residents in N.C.
