My experience was excellent. He quoted the price for labor up front and showed me the prices of items needed to complete the job before he purchased them. He was very friendly and covered his shoes each time he entered the building. He was also clean unlike some other plumbers I have had and prices were good.

He was able to provide an accurate estimate of the work that needed to be done and either had the tools on hand to do the job or quickly got them. It turned out to be a bigger job than I thought, but it was still completed quickly and with reasonable expense.

Bought my home in the spring (it wasn't well maintained prior and has needed many repairs) and had them install my new water heater and repair my AC back in the summer.
