Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

I highly recommend Sean Fixes Johns. For the six years I've been using Sean's company, he's come to the rescue every time I've needed help. He has always been able to fit me into his schedule, even when he's very busy. Every issue has been successfully solved and for a reasonable price. Sean is a really nice guy too and very honest. I couldn't recommend him more.

Started gathering quotes; another hvac company recommended I change out my current unit. I called Guy Smith to get a quote for a new system; Blake came out the next day. He'd asked about the current functionality of the system, I told him that the heat pump was not functioning. He took measurements then looked at the heat pump and mentioned that it might still be under warranty, then proceeded to the attic to evaluate current air handler and wrap-up measurements. Subsequently, Blake provided me with an estimate on a reasonably priced replacement unit and also offered to lookup the warranty on my current system even though Guy Smith does not sell the unit in which I have. Within minutes, he confirmed that the system was still under warranty and that they could have a technician out between 4 and 6 that same day, so I confirmed. Kevin the technician showed up by 2:30 to conduct system leak assessment. He'd asked what the system was doing, told him the heat pump was not functioning, it keeps turning on and off in spurts. Kevin hooked-up the gauges to the outdoor unit, asked when the last time I received freon and how much I received; I told him 2 or 3 lbs; he said your unit does not have a leak it was over charged with freon, that's the reason why the unit turned on and off. He went into the attic to look at the air handler then proceed to conduct temperature checks to confirm no degradation existed. Bottom line up front - integrity, professionalism, and technical wherewithal exhibited by both Blake and Kevin won a repeat customer; really appreciate your honesty and customer service, saved me time and money.

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

He cleared a clogged kitchen drain. He was very professional, and fast. A little pricey, yet that was the cost for experience/knowledge.

I've used A-1 now on 4 different occasions and each time has been ON TIME, budget friendly, very knowledgeable and FAST!!!!!!! (did I mentioned fast?) One of their techs, Pat Burns, was so good I actually called his Supervisor to tell her how much her employee impressed me and that his work alone would make me call their company again to use their services. I cannot stress how great these folks are and, with me, have a customer for life. 5 Stars!!!! I'd give 6 if Google allowed!

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

Everything was great as far as the service. Very timely and professional. Jason was awesome from the moment he came in the house and saw the problem. I cut the hole in the ceiling under the tub exposing the drain and overflow pipes making it easy and we verified the leak was the drain. Now comes the part of the deal where I should have gone deeper. The price. He explained its flat rate and he doesn’t set the price. Quoted $650 after a $100 coupon taxes included. If anything I should have stopped there and said I’m good and found somebody I thought was a fair price but in the moment said yes and signed for the work. He left for about 30 min to get a drain / overflow set up and came back and got to work. About an hour later no more leak and I was happy. Overall things got fixed but it just left a bad taste in my mouth feeling like we got knocked in the head for the price. I know I got a quality repair done right but I just feel like I was charged a lot for a pretty basic job.
