Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

I have had a good experience with this company a few times in the past but the recent visit on July 8th a technician with the name of Corey H showed up and said multiple unprofessional and inappropriate comments to my fiancé making her uncomfortable the entire time. He also lied to her about pricing and then when I spoke with him his explanation was completely different on the price. On the other hand he did do his job and I am happy that my plumbing is fixed!

Zach, Lyndon, and Polo all went above and beyond with their work, and their patience in explaining what they were doing every step. Also, speedy response time, and very fair pricing compared to the first quote I got from another plumber. Finally, great communication from office staff, including Mike and several others whose names I can't recall ( Katie and Michelle, maybe), making sure I knew exactly when their technicians would be arriving.

Brittany set up service call to check generator was set to charge every week as previously it did! She assigned Randy as tech who came and checked that it was running normally and recharging but had been put in a quiet mode which I did not no could be in.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. I called roto-rooter today for a plumbing backup in the main drain on a house that my wife and I purchased on Nov.20th,2019. I was given a time frame of arrival within the hour after I called. Mike #0703 was the technician that showed up to our house. Mike showed up early and also was very professional.Mike walked me through the process of everything he was doing and looking for to help me out with the drain back up. Russel#2399 the camera specialist showed up at the house to camera the main sewer drain line. Russel was also very professional and help me understand what was going on with our blockage.i was able to view the camera footage as he was taking pics of the sewer line from inside the house to the outside drain line for the city. I learned that the old piping breaks down over long period of time and this is why we are experiencing the blockage in our sewer line. We need to upgrade to the PVC piping to keep from having this issue. Definitely not what I was expecting to be doing so soon but I'm glad that your guys were upfront with me and offer a payment plan for a costly repair. Thanks again to mike & russel for the outstanding customer service and knowledge in the plumbers world.
