At 4:00 am I heard running water . I jump out of bed to find water coming from my hot water heater in my attic. Needless to do I was panicking. I YouTube how to turn off the water supply I climbed up and shut that off then hooked a hose to the heater and did my best to drain it. I couldn't find the correct breaker to shut the power to it. Stressing out to the max I googled emergency plumbing. The first I called. Keep in mind it's now a little after 5:00 am. The first I called was a answering service said tomorrow. The next I called was Atomic plumbing. The answering service said the Deanna normally calls with in 15 min. ( I was thinking yeah right). Sure enough in 15 minutes she called. She could hear I was stressed and panicking. She was very reassuring and said it's a emergency and would move me to the front of the line. And I would get a call around 8:00. ( I was feeling a little better just talking with her but had my doubts about a timely call back. ). Sure enough I got a call at 7:50 am and said they could be there in 20 minutes. Sure enough Trey and Michael show up in less than that. Man these two were on it. They could tell I was stressing and the both immediately reassured me they had this and gave me a confidence I have never experienced with a plumbing company before. Michael showed me the breaker and even labeled it for me. Then Trey and he got to work. Trey came down and gave me the estimate and explained my options. I picked one and they got to work. I came home for lunch at1:00 and they were sweeping my floors. From Deanna to Trey and Michael I was handled and treated with genuine friendliness , empathy and professionalism . I will and already have recommended Atomic plumbing to anyone who is needing your offed service's. Im stoked!!! Money well spent. 5 stars!!!

We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

Really good guy on time, quick, and efficient. Called him Wednesday evening and the job was down Thursday afternoon.

I asked if I could schedule maintenance on my HVAC and they were able to service it the same day. All around great customer service experience from scheduling to execution. This is the first time I've used Sean Fixes Johns. I had originally needed a very small repair, but as often happens, once you dive into a small problem you find other damage. Sean got the problem fixed in a timely manner and the price was fair for the work performed. I would recommend him to others.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Replacing main water line - Job started slow due to faulty equipment and waiting clearance from Miss Utility. Work was completed in 3 days. However, the company failed to request city permits until the day after they had completed the work. My yard now has 4 large holes that can't be touched until (1) permit is approved by the City which is about 5 business days and (2) waiting for an inspector after the permit is approved which is 2 more business days. Their crew doing the job were great. However, their office staff dropping the ball on calling Miss Utility and filing for permits is totally inexcusable.

We had a hot water line leak and drain issue and the technicians knew exactly how to complete the repair in a timely fashion. They gave us instructions to stop the water damage until they arrived within 12 hours. I will always call them! Blessings blesses homeowners!

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

I want to highly recommend this company. They are the most professional plumbers we have ever encountered. Rob, Tony and Brian replaced the Quest piping in our house that had given us issues for years. They were knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and hard-working. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our plumbing issues were met. I can't say enough good things about these guys! If you need plumbing services, call them first. You will not be disappointed! So glad we found this business. We will continue to use their services.

The service was fine in terms of the work they did with the dishwasher. They literally HUNG UP on my fiance when he called inquiring about why we spent $100 to snake our pipes for the washing machine when the tech told him PRIOR that the problem is that the pipes were too small and that's why it was leaking. The only reason they looked under the house was to see how much we would pay them IF we decided to redo our lines. If you knew what the problem was, why are you charging for a service that wasn't necessary to perform? That's called taking advantage of your customers who don't know much about plumbing.

My advice: Don't yell at your customers. I could hear this person yelling at my fiance on the phone and I wasn't even standing by him. When my fiance would try to talk, I could literally hear this person constantly talking. You might do quality work, but your customer service and this experience was terrible. If someone pays you for a service and they want to know what why something was done that way, getting defensive doesn't exactly look the best..regardless of whether they are upset. We didnt even get to share the fact that upon inspecting our washing machine, there were dents in the door that werent there before..because we were hung up on. I guess thats what you get for trusting you'd be in good hands from a number one rated company in Portsmouth. This was our first and last experience.
