My mom's sewer drain backed up, and my hand-crank snake wasn't doing the job. Called Atomic and they were an absolute joy. Very fast response time after I placed the initial call, tech (Justin) was there in less than an hour, got everything cleared out and moving, hardly any fuss at all. The price felt reasonable and truly, it was such a relief to know everything was working right again. He even fixed up the drain on the side of the house that's been busted for literal decades (the one that almost everyone ends up running over with their lawn mower at some point). Justin was absolutely wonderful, and his years of experience made the whole thing fast and easy.Will not hesitate to call them again if there are other issues. Thank you thank you thank you, Atomic!

We had mike come out to the house today to fix two window sills that were rotting. He finished the job quickly and cleaned up his mess after which we really appreciated. He was also able to find a better, cheaper fix for one of the windows and was straight forward with us about it giving us a discount on the total cost of the job. If we ever need work done on the house again he will be our first call.

Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. $450 flat rate fee for snaking a drain?!? Asked over the phone for the price and dispatcher told me every home is different so it'll differ based on my plumbing. Technician Austin arrived pretty quickly and was very nice and professional. He was able to get my drain unclogged and draining properly. My review is strictly for the blatant lie from the dispatcher. RotoRooter prices are higher than everyone around. Your able to get people out and to the home quickly which is why you are convenient. Explain that to folks and let them make an informed decision. Quit decieving people in hopes they'll just say yes to the price when they don't believe they have another choice.
