After first calling another well-known sewer repair company, who was unable to clear my sewer line nor locate the blockage point, I called Atomic. David and crew showed up the same day and got to work. They had the equipment needed to find not only the blockage in my 150’ sewer line, but also two clean outs that had been covered up. The blockage, initially believed to be tree roots but ultimately determined to be a communication line, could not be cleared - so David and crew replaced the last 30’ of my line over the next few days. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very hard working from start to finish, even washing the dirt from the street and gutter.I’m a hard core DIYer and typically don’t leave reviews, but I was so impressed with David and team from Atomic that I wanted to leave this one. The fact that they didn’t ask me to leave one was also refreshing. Get it done right the first time and call Atomic.

We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

Mike was our technician and he was very informative about the entire process. The company is very quick to respond to requests last minute and we are very happy that they came so quickly to repair the shower issues we were having. Thanks again Mike!

Someone came to my home one month ago but I never received a quote. I even called a couple times two weeks later and was told that they would reach out as soon as possible to give me an update. Never heard back. If you're unable to do the job then at least have the courtesy to let me know. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Don't use them!

Billy O'Connor (VP) came out promptly, provided invaluable guidance on our DIY renovation (I know when to call in the pros) and quickly came back with a highly-competitive quote. Their guys (Early and Tom) came out quickly and were professional, courteous, effective, and CLEAN! They laid down heavy plastic before starting, wiped up any water that escaped quickly, and swept up after themselves and even other subcontractors who weren't so mindful. Billy came by the house frequently to check on the work and and answer questions, which goes a long way with me in this age of sell it and forget it. These are the folks to use for your large projects and I certainly will again! Thank you!

Sean answered my call on the first ring late in the evening. Didn’t promise next day service but committed to the day after and “see what he could do to be there early.” Came a full day early, fixed my issue neatly and for a good price. I’ll keep his fridge sticker handy for the next time.

This is my second time using their services. The previous company, recommended thru my home warranty (AHS), could not repair the ac and was referred back to AHS to send a separate service, which could take up to two weeks! With near 100 degree days, I could not wait two weeks, let alone two days…. I called GUYS Heating & Cooling. I was able to get a same day appt. The service rep Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. More importantly, because the repair was minor, the cost was minimum. For anyone needing AC repair services, don’t look any further than Guys Heating & Cooling.

The first man came did not have a clue as to what to do. I called again and the second tech was very knowledgeable and removed the knobs in about five minutes or less and said it was $235 but he gave me a $40 discount. I thought that was very high considering the few minutes it took him. He said he would have to remove the stems and replace them. I said okay. But he only removed the knobs to the shower and said he can come back and remove the stems for another $235.I was contacted by Ned Campbell after this review. Very nice man. He wanted to know what the problem was. I explained what's posted above. He was very concerned. He then told me if I pay for the parts he would be happy to take care of the labor. I accepted his offer. I then paid $130 for the part. I really appreciate him reaching out to me but I felt the entire second call should have been concessioned. You know we consumers can be greedy sometimes.Since Mr. Ned Campbell sincerely cares about his business I gave them another try. Again I wasn't happy with the pricing for my project and l had to contact him again and again he was very concerned and sympathetic about my issue. Mr. Campbell is definitely a man of integrity. I want get into what happened but I do want everyone to know as long as honest people like him work there I will definitely continue to use Rotor Rooter for all of my plumbing needs. His caring attitude is what will keep me coming back and because of him I would definitely rate his company five stars and will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
