My pleasure to share an honest experience. I contacted Cecilia's Home Repair the day before July 4th, the Team member promptly answered the call and offered to schedule the holiday, I refused because I wanted the Team to enjoy family time. I scheduled for the day after and it was a pleasant service call, Mike was on time, introduction was very courteous and respectful. He did not hesitate to start the work and took time to talk me through what he was doing to complete the job. I'm a senior and the Customer Service and affordability is appreciated!

Installed extra insulation in attic and replace screening on attic vents. Removed old kitchen exterior vent and patched; repaired exterior storm damage to wall; installed exterior wire tv cable supports, repaired/replaced exterior trim boards.... just to name a few....generally got my honey-do list back under control. Team of 2, with good attention to detail. Courteous, quick and patient.

I would highly recommend Plumbing Unlimited to anyone in the Hampton Roads area. They arrived at my house on time (actually early). My drains were completely backed up. Lamont was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained and sent me videos of every step of his visit. He took the time to answer every question I had. Unfortunately my next steps will be to have my old sewer pipes replaced. However, Plumbing Unlimited is the only company I would call. The cost is reasonable and the customer service has been exceptional!

I will start by saying that my problem was fixed and done well. However, the customer service/dispatch/call center they have is atrocious. I live in an apartment and the property manager hired this company to fix my clogged drain. The first plumber inspected the shower pipe and said it would require 2 specialists and would be approx 3-4hr job and that I would need to schedule an appt as he could not do it. So I did for the following day, and took a vacation day from work. Those 'specialists' no showed. I did not receive any contact from the company. I called, was put on hold, and disconnected. I called again, spoke to another lady who apologized and asked me what day i wanted to schedule another appointment. I had already taken time off that day and demanded someone show up to fix my drain. They sent 1 random plumber, who proceeded to fix the job in 20mins. He was very professional, apologized for the mix up, and even made the comment, I don't know why the 1st guy didn't fix this. Extremely aggravating experience that cost me a vacation day for something that could have been fixed in a few minutes.

They are a very busy company. The plumber got tied up with a previous job, but their supervisor came to my house and started the job for them. How many supervisors do that? Not many or none at all. That impressed me. The plumber arrived and completed the work. I give them 5 stars. I have had a horrible experience with my previous plumbers. A1 has restored my confidence back to the plumbing companies. Thank You Jesus.

I had a full home generator installed last year . The service was awesome at that time . This was my yearly maintenance which was performed by Ryan Holowiak. He was very professional. I received a call prior to his arrival. I was very happy about that because I had forgot about the appointment due to my busy schedule. Prior to doing his job he explained everything that he was going to do. Upon finishing his job I had to sign electronic paper work . Ryan throughly again explained to me what I was signing. He left me with an American Mechanical card just in case I had questions or concerns. Job well done ✔️.
