I want to recognize Atomic Plumbing and Drain Cleaning for operating like a well oiled machine and hiring the best people who exhibit the most professional and caring behavior in carrying out their jobs. I had a sewer clog in the main line going from the house to the street which was backing up the entire system in the house. After several days of trying to unclog the system, I finally decided to call Atomic Plumbing based on a neighbor’s suggestion. I put in a request on their website this past Sunday night and told them that my daughter and her family were visiting later in the week for Xmas and that the existing plumbing problem would not tolerate six people in the house for a few days. I got a message that evening to call the Atomic Plumbing emergency number which I did and talked to Kimberly. She was fantastic and explained to me that they would definitely take care of the problem and would have someone out sometime on Monday. I got a call from Atomic soon after they opened for business on Monday and was told that Randy, their technician, would call me about 15-30 minutes before he arrived and that I would receive an email with his picture and a short bio of Randy at that time. That happened within minutes of the call and I soon received the call from Randy. Randy arrived soon and began to get the information I could give him about the problem and find out where the clean outs were. He was a gentleman, professional, assuring and told me he thought he might know where the problem was. He immediately got to work snaking out the system all the way to the street and assured me that the problem was solved when he finished. He gave me the senior discount and was on his way well before lunch. If you read their website carefully, they did with me exactly what they explain they do as part of their normal business routine. I still have not had any problems and highly recommend their services. In today’s environment, dealing with Atomic was like a breath of fresh air.

Amazing company, showed up for emergency call and had us back up and running in a few hours. Highly recommend!

We would recommend this company for your plumbing needs. We worked with Josh, Clint and Scott throughout our experience with Precision Plumbing. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The work and the price was very fair. We had to have them out after hours for a back up, and they were out in an hour and had us all cleared. If you need plumbing, call these folks.

They were also highly recommended in the Indian River and other Chesapeake neighborhoods. They were also very respectful, they answered all of my questions. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will definitely call them again.

I very seldom ever give comments or reviews on companies I deal with. However, I need to make an exception. When my tankless water heater failed me, I called A-1 Sewer And Drain. From both the receptionist ( Jessica) and the technician (Nick), I received the most professional, prompt and courteous service ever. Should I need the kind of services they provide again, I will be definitely be calling this company.

I have this company do regular checkups on my system and havent had any issiea the year ive been with them. The guy that came, Matthew, was very quick, efficient and supper understanding since I had a baby on my hip and a phone in my ear. He worked around me very well.

Scott showed up at a moments notice to inspect the boiler in our Tailor shop. Long story short, we were lead to believe there was gas fumes coming from a stack. After thorough assessment he determined thankfully that was not the issue and so relieved! Being a holiday week I was surprised that anyone would even show up, but grateful that he did!
