The technician came to my house and temporarily fixed my heating unit. He said he thought the control board was bad. The next day they called and quoted me $750 for a new board and installation. I looked up the part number on Amazon and found out it was only $68 with free shipping. Installation appears to be very easy. I could screw this up 11 times and it would still be cheaper than to have them replace it once.

Needed to replace hot water heater that died on a Friday afternoon. Found A1 on Google and called based on good reviews. Person answering the phone found a technician who was finishing up and sent him our way. He called to confirm the address and update on traffic. His name was Drew and he was very professional and courteous. Ordered a new unit and came back on Saturday morning to install. Whole experience was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Amazing service and staff!!! During these recent cold days, I had a water pipe freeze and burst causing a considerable amount of damage throughout the 1st floor in my home. I called Roto-Rooter and even though they were fully booked they managed to send a team over immediately to help repair the damage. The team arrived and within minutes contained the water and began repairing the pipe. Over the course of two weeks they worked effortlessly on removing dry-wall, and all the flooring throughout. I can't state how happy I was with the entire team from the technicians to supervisors who came out to our home to ensure we received the best care!
