I left a request on their website on a Saturday to schedule an appointment. I was thinking I would get a response back on the following business day (Monday). However, I was contacted within an hour of my request by Anthony. After explaining my need, he advised me that he could be over in a few minutes, since he was just around the corner finishing up another job. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the work being done- explaining to me what may have caused the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. I now have have a reliable, quick to respond back, professional, and reasonably priced go to company to rely on.

Zack Jaber was my Service Technician and he was fantastic! He was at my home within 3 hours of me calling Roto Rooter. He was curteous and professional. He isolated the problem, explained my options and had the problem fixed quickly! I highly recommend him!

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

I had a backed up kitchen sink. I called and they were here within an hour. The service was great! The technician Zack was awesome his very informative he was very professional I have nothing but good things to say.

Called Thursday about a leak. Tony and Son were here the next morning 9 am, identified, fixed, and tested issue within an hour. Top notch service, quality, and professionalism. 10/10 will use again
