Best Drain Leak in Virginia Beach VA

Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

I had a very positive with Atomic Plumbing. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. I had another company replace a water heater for me about 2 years ago and when I started to have problems with the water that was coming out of the hot water tank I called them and explained my problem and asked them to come out and fix the problem since they were the ones that put in the tank. The owner called me and asked what the problem was and said he was going to have to research the problem and get back to me.....Never did. I did my homework to check out Atomic Plumbing, called them, they came out and told me there was a couple fixes to the problem... The decision was mine to make...not theirs. Thecame back when they promised, did the work they promised and guaranteed the work that they did. It is very hard these days to find someone who stands by their work. I was pleased with Jimmy and his assistant. They cleaned up after themselves and explained everything before they left. Very happy with them.

Water dripping from ceiling, called 3 plumbing companies no response. Call Harrison “Jimmy” answered said he could be there in less than 2 hours. Showed up fixed the problem. It turns out he is the owner!!! Wow what great service

We really enjoyed working with Cecilia’s home repairs for a couple of our home projects. They built a deck for us and did a wonderful job, and SUPER quickly! They build a 16x16 deck off of our split level home, so it was up half a story, and installed a sliding door where a window had been in 3 short days. They also did some plumbing work for us and got us in right away for issues with some clogged drains. We really appreciate how hard working, honest, knowledgeable, polite, and dependable they were for both of our projects - all of that can be hard to find! We are very thankful we discovered this company, and I think we have found our go to place for home repairs.

We recently had some renovations done that included plumbing not done by precision. After a week of taking showers and using toilets everything backed up. Scott & Malik were amazing. They took the time to diagnose my issue and went above and beyond in locating our sewer main clean out. We have owned this home for 30 years and never knew it existed or where it was located until Scott went under the house and tracked it down. Even in the rain, Scott and Malik did everything thoroughly and made sure it was done right. This is my third time using Precision and I have always been impressed. I also want to give Kudos to Scott for being thorough, informative, and respectful to his apprentice. I love seeing more and more kids getting into the trades and having the right teacher can make all the difference!

We do appreciate James so very much! As a fellow Texan he put me as well as my dementia and hard of hearing patient at ease. He felt like a friend and not a stranger and was easy to talk to. He calmed the patient and explained everything. James is a class act and I definitely recommend him! Please give James our thanks!

Sean and his assistant showed up with their mask on ready for work this morning. The job area was assessed and they began to work. The bathroom leak was completed quickly and accurately. Highly recommendable!

When it is summer time and the AC stops working in your house; it is no fun. Called Guy Smith Heating and Cooling and they had someone out there the same day. Had the unit up and running in no time. I am glad when my father had this unit installed that he went with this company. Have always had great customer service and the techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend calling them for any HVAC issues.

Mark came out and took care of our problem the same day we called! He was knowledgeable, and took care of our plumbing issues in record time. Honest, professional and friendly. Excellent service!

The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

If you need a plumber call this company. Lamont was on time, did excellent work and was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, quick and very professional.

I had a serious sewer line problem in my 63 year old home. Roto-Rooter sent out a plumber who was extremely professional and competent. He cleared my line and was very thorough, neat and effective in all aspects of the work.I am very pleased with the services and highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

Had to knock it down from 5 stars. To be honest, I'm extremely disappointed in their restoration of my lawn after completion of the project. I fully expected A1 to restore my front yard to the same condition it was in prior to them digging up my yard. My wife had to call them back to fill in the potholes in the ground. A1 came out, threw some straw and seed on the ground and that was it. How is that supposed to fill in the holes? Months later we still have areas where it can be ankle deep. We have to warn delivery drivers to be careful on our lawn or they will twist their ankle. Piss poor restoration. I will say this, if someone does hurt themselves, I'll be sure they sue A1 as they have been warned already about this issue.

They are professional and courteous, you even get to see a picture of the technician before they arrive which in think is a great safety mechanism.
