Pat came out to fix a severely backed up drain line. I was given a window for him to arrive, and he was on the earlier side which was great. Gave me call with notice that he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He did what he needed to do and fixed the problem. Showed me what the issue had been, and promptly cleaned up with no trace he had been in the main sewer line. A-1 has taken care of us 2 times now with great results, and their guys have been professional and personable.

Nick did a diagnostic and got to the bottom of our leak and our issues in bathroom. He was very professional and I would recommend them to everyone.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Super fast and affordable electrical service.

Called Herb on Saturday to fix bathroom Service plumbing line leak. Although on his own time, he stopped wheat he was doing he showed up at my house in a very short period of time and within 30 minutes had fixed my issue. We had up front price agreed upon and although it wasn't exactly what we agreed upon, the change to the service was negligible in price. The Lindsey Brothers team took excellent care of us from the very beginning to the very end. We renovated our property and they installed all new plumbing. They did excellent work and were affordable and dependable.

My mother called A1 last friday nice guy comes out after he completes job tells her 700.00 she said that sounds high he then comes back at 450.00. My mother did not have hot water friday night. A1 came out told her it needed another part not the one installed she calls Rheem hot water heaters knowing her one yr. warranty was up and nice guy at Rheem told her since it was only 3 yrs old part was coming to her no charge. She calls A1 they said 325.00 to install now keep in mind she just spent 450.00. Called Curtis Key plumbling part was installed for 170.00 I called office lady and she said A1American is the highest in area like my mother should have known this. Call A1 American get your wallet out.
