It’s very frustrating when looking for great service! Sean was so generous with fitting us into his busy schedule. Came right out within a day’s notice to check what the situation was with our fire pit gas line .Sean returned hours later with the regulator that needed to be replaced.
His Customer Service is Great; which these days are hard to find! We will definitely have him on speed dial for all future projects.

Our service tech Marvin was awesome. He’s come out twice to work on issues and once on a weekend for an emergency water heater issue. Each time, he arrived quickly and pinpointed the issue. Highly recommend.

Steve was our technician and he was personable and very thorough and fixed the issue quickly. This was the only company willing to come out quickly even though it was not an emergency. We had visitors arriving and wanted it fixed same day. Thank you! Price was reasonable considering we are in New Kent and same day!

Jason from American Mechanical came out today to check out an electrical issue. We unfortunately have a large repair that has to be done but I believe he did everything he could to keep the costs down. He was friendly, respectful, and seemed very genuine.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again.
