Fixing toilet with part I supplied was a very quick fix but was charged more than when Precision came to clean wash machine drain and then kitchen drain which took much longer and required snaking.

Chris from Z-Line came and handled everything on my list. He was very professional and polite. Im pretty sure I will use them again, as my to-do list seems to never go away. Honorable mention to Carlos. Great guys.

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. So far Gravity Plumbing has installed a dishwasher, repaired a leaking copper pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced my kitchen faucet, replaced a commode and is about to install a well for watering my garden! We came home to a water pillow on our kitchen ceiling on a Saturday, and Randon from All Day plumbing was there within an hour! My experience mirrors other recent negative reviews linked to property management with Howard Hanna. Late, unprofessional, and unable to speak to me or my husband with any kind of human decency or respect. This company lost its accreditation from the BBB last year due to being unable to Approach all business dealings, marketplace transactions and commitments with integrity, good faith and intent to do what is reasonably expected. Which tracks because they straight up lied to me about coming out early in the morning to fix what their own technician said was a sh*tily installed plumbing. They fired him for telling us that, btw. My advice would be to document everything, take photos of your home before and after they arrive (check the other reviews about coincidentally missing items of value from homes). Oh and have alot of time to waste because these people DGAF about you or your rental. Just the money.
