My kitchen sink was unusable due to a leak. Called on Friday - technician was scheduled to come out the next day. Later in the afternoon I got a call and asked if I wanted the tech to come out that day. (Yes!)
Mike arrived at about 5 pm - on a Friday! He was awesome. He found the source of the leak immediately and fixed it in no time. Then he (on a Friday evening!) patiently walked through and took notes of everything else I need to have done. I will definitely be using Cecilia's Home Repair again soon.

Tim and Paul were focused immediately when they arrived. They confirmed what we called to have repaired and with a willingly attitude repaired other things that we remembered we needed done also.
They went to get our materials quickly and cleaned up…although I told them I would do it, being minor and because I appreciated their professional and genuine attitude while doing all repairs and providing suggestions.
And the quote, was surprisingly great.

Sean came when he stated he would arrive, fixed our clogged sink completely and was very fair in cost, truly a Godsend as you know this happened at night and on the weekend! I will be calling Sean whenever we need anything fixed!!

It all started with a clogged drain line…. I called another company, they came out 4 days later to clear the drain. Luckily this was when we had some cooler temps. I was told the 15 year old unit looked great and we had plenty of time left on it. The next time we ran the unit buckets of water was coming from our back up drain, the drain pan was full of water, and we noticed water spots on our ceiling under the unit in the attic. I called the company that serviced it on a Sunday and they said they couldn’t come until Tuesday, that was not ok with me.I contacted Guy Smith Heating and Cooling via their website on that Sunday afternoon, hoping for an appointment Monday morning. Katelyn called me within the hour to get more info. She explained that the situation was not good and she said “I think I can help you”, those were the words I needed to hear in that moment. She gathered some info, put me on a brief hold, and came back to say “my tech will be there in 25 minutes.” Amazing customer service on her part! She put me at ease even with a full blown leaking unit and a 4 year old begging for my attention during the call.Kevin arrives, asks a few questions, explains everything and starts to blow out the drain line (you know the one that was already cleared). This time he didn’t stop until he got it cleared, he was adamant that it wasn’t cleared. He tried again and sure enough a ton of rust came blowing back up the drain pipe all over the unit.After further inspection and showing us pictures, he noted that the unit was rusting apart. Fixing it would only delay the inevitable replacement. So we started the quote process right there at my kitchen table. He outlined all the options for replacement, explained payment options, scheduling, maintenance, etc. There wasn’t a question I had that he didn’t answer. We ended up purchasing a new unit to replace the one that the other company said was “doing fine.”The install guys arrived on Friday morning as scheduled. They were professional, clean, personable, prompt, informative, helpful, and every other positive descriptor you could use. They even covered our floors and steps with a canvas type fabric to ensure the amount of dirt tracked through the house was minimal. They were here all day but had little impact on my ability to continue to work from home.I HIGHLY recommend Guy Smith Heating and Cooling for ANY HVAC need you should have!*I added photos of the drain pan for reference.

The faucet and handles in my sons' bathroom shower were leaking. I called and All Day Plumbing was at my house within the hour! Come to find out I needed to convert the 2 shower handle faucet to 1 because it was old, outdated, and outlawed because of scolding issues.. 😬YIKES!!!

Anyway the repair/convertion price was resonable, the techs were kind & respectful, they fixed the problem same day, AND I received a miltary discount. A straight win ALL the way around!

He is an honest plumber that gets the job done efficiently and takes pride in his work. He is now my go to plumber. He’s friendly and has stellar communication. His prices are reasonable.

I called for multiple issues with plumbing on a rental. The company had four in total trips to the home. They drilled a hole through a wall and never fixed and I had failed an inspection because the inspector indicated they placed combustible materials around a gas vented system. After many attempts to reach them there was no response. They want the money but do not want to put in the work correctly. I will use a company with more experience to get it done right the first time.
