They were very quick to respond to my problem, addressed my issue with quickness and had my a/c back up and running in no time! I would high recommend him to anyone with any issue they fix. Anthony stayed in touch, confirming the appointment and arrived on time completing the job quickly, carefully and efficiently. We used Guy Smith years ago to replace our heat pump. Unfortunately we are close to needing replacement again. Had an appointment for 6 pm for a sales person to come out. The office called at 540 pm, said that the office closed at 6 but the technician will call an soon as they are on the way. The technician is also the salesman?? Finally received a phone call at 802 pm expecting to still come. I don't think so.

Very easy scheduling, and Sean was here right when he was supposed to be. We received a text from the company just as he arrived with his picture and bio, so we knew who to expect (greatly appreciated for a family home with small kids). Super nice guy who was very professional throughout, and was able to both diagnose our problem, then explain the needed repairs and associated fees in a clear way. The work isn’t done yet, but we felt confident enough to move forward with scheduling etc.

They came out to find out what was going on with our outdoor lights. They went over and above to find the problem. I would recommend them for your repairs.
