I called Sean for a faucet replacement on the kitchen sink. The screws underneath were rusted and I busted one trying to remove. My wife is a hair stylist and uses the faucet for her shampoo chair. She had appointments to keep and Sean was the ONLY one who rearranged his schedule to come out on the spot because it was such an easy job if you have the right tools. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Will definitely call him for future issues.

Tonight me and my three kids are at a hotel room because the owner jack I suppose couldn’t wait ten minutes for me to get fast food for my kids because he turned all my water off and left for two hours to get parts which I had no issue with aside from the fact that we can’t cook, poop, or wash our hands. So as I’m leaving to go right at the corner to get food for my kids from McDonald’s he pulls up and I told him I would be right back and I even called his cell and said it would take ten minutes tops. He then yelled saying he wasn’t waiting I was rude etc? Rude how when I’ve been waiting over two hours with a headache and low sugar and hungry kids because I can’t prepare dinner with no water and I didn’t know when he would return because he ignored my text. I was gonna turn around but he left I thought he would be able to understand I could see if I was going to be long and it wasn’t for food. I waited all afternoon for this man to come to my place from 1pm until 3:00 and then another two hours for him to find parts. All I did was call the rent office asking was there a way for me to turn the water back on they said no so I waited another hour and I decided to make a quick run because I wasn’t sure how long he would be so as I’m pulling off I see him and notify him not wanting to force him to turn the water back on and hold him up from working I decide to make a fast food run for the kids. There was no telling how long it would take to fix the plumbing issue. This man has the absolute most horrible customer service I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or what but it left me in tears not to mention my land lord was a total evil witch about it and I pay my rent faithfully never been late. This was a horrible experience. I am now at a hotel with my three kids because he refused to come back and turn the water on. He just left I even apologized but he was so cold hearted he didn’t care or reply to the text. My husband is still at work while all this is taking place we have no water to bathe brush our teeth or anything not even cold water. So I had no choice but to spend money I don’t have for a room, last time I checked leaving someone without water is illegal. I’d like to also note when he came to my home I asked him was the temperature ok would he like a water etc and he would turn around and treat me this way. God has the last say

I had an emergency first thing this morning! From the answering service ( my emergency was before 7am!), to the service tech Patrick, who called me and arrived a few minutes earlier then promised! Our water heater wouldn't stay lit so we were not getting hot water after moving into our new home. American Mechanical came out within just a few hours of calling, diagnosed the problem as well as informed us of the problems that we will face this coming winter as our water heater is not adequate for also being tied into our heating system. After discussing price to fix the issue vs. switching to a tankless, which we had already spoke about, we will be getting a new system in 2 days. Thank you American Mechanical for the excellent service and far superior customer service.
