The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

Planet plumbing responded quickly to a main sewer line blockage. They were professional, experienced and flushed the system in less than 15 minutes. Also cleared the tub drain. In and out in less than an hour and price very reasonable! Extremely pleased with the company and the end result. Will definitely call on them in the future.

Jeremy baller did a great job even though the rain was horrific. He isolated and fixed the problem in extreme weather. He impressed me with his work ethic when he did a repair at my primary residence. You should value him as a great employee.

The company was very timely and efficient in getting us (as new customers) scheduled for our whole house generator service, prior to a potential tropical storm. Relieved stress of having an issue. The Service Technician was extremely knowledgeable and went above being thorough (for novice folk with Whole House Generators). I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.
