Great staff and Good customer service

Last Saturday we had a huge plumbing problem in the bathroom and were in desperate need of a plumber. After 3 different plumbing companies came out i was losing hope because the issue still wasn't resolved. That's when my two favorite plumbers (Sean and Scott) from Atomic walked in. These guys got here at 10pm when i called and stayed till 4am which is when the problem was resolved. Both Sean and Scott are hard workers and i cant thank them enough for the hard work they put in during a late night. Going forward i will only be calling Sean and Scott for all my plumbing needs.

Sean installed new plumbing for a prefab shower pan I was planning to insert. He was responsive, courteous and professional. After some obstacles in the crawl space and identification of suitable parts, the piping was installed quickly. Very happy with the result and cost was reasonable

I'll be using Guy Smith Heating and Cooling again in the future. Techician David Connelly was prompt, professional, knowledgable and got the job done fast! Fan capacitor was bad. David replaced the capacitor in minutes and checked freon levels as well as informed me of other preventive maintenance options without being pushy about purchasing those services. Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Called them to repair the small leak of the outdoor pipe near the gas meter. Showed up on time and replaced the pipe. Worked very neat and professionally, charge reasonably. Will definitely use them again if needed.
