We just had Cecelias come out and completely demo one of our showers & renovate it. It turned out amazing and looks like a completely different bathroom. Anthony communicated everything to me in a timely manner. The demo team, tile guys, plumber were all absolutely wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about this company and can not wait to use them again in the future. Highly recommend 10/10!!

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. We were very impressed with this company. Their 24-7 call center made it so convenient to schedule an appointment. Though they offered to come that same day, we opted to schedule an appointment the next day. They were incredibly easy to work with and got the problem fixed within an hour of the tech's arrival. The prices were fair and made known to us before service which was very helpful. They will definitely be our first call if we have any other plumbing issues at our home!

Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

I love that I can get a same day appt! They are always so helpful - from calling and setting up appts to the guys coming over and solving our issue. Very professional, on time and friendly! They really want to help you and solve any issues and go above and beyond every time! Highly Recommend!

I asked to speak with a plumber to have a better understanding or what would happen as well as getting a quote. The plumber was Dylan, he was knowledgeable and got the job done quick. Good service all around. My only problem was that the price didn't seem to be worth the work. However, this is a personal opinion. Based on quotes I did have other options but this company had better timing.

To say we are beyond disappointed is an understatement. You trust your home owners warranty company and the contractors they send out to you to fix your home problems and it turns out that they just lie about situation. Jason from TCP Plumbing company came out and tried to fix our leak that we had downstairs from our upstairs shower and he did a quick fix only to have it leak again 3 weeks later. He came a second time, looked at it again and in less than 5 mins said that he didn’t know where the leak was coming from and he would have to contact the home warranty company and ask permission to get into the ceiling. He left only to have the home warranty office email us 2 wks later to tell us our claim was no longer going to be covered because the plumber said it was an improper install and he couldn’t do anything about it. Little did he know that we had his whole conversation on camera and were able to capture exactly what he said and turn it into the home warranty office to reopen our claim and send a second company. He blatantly lied about the whole situation and to say he is unprofessional is putting it mildly. Unprofessional and just plain lacking in the skill need in his “profession.” We do not recommend Jason or this company at any cost!
