I sent an email through Atomic's website on a Sunday requesting a service call and cost estimate on replacement of our 28 year old water heater which gave up Saturday night. 15 minutes later received an email from Kim immediately followed up by a phone call for details on the water heater, location etc. The next day Alan and Bradley came out early, evaluated the work, provided several fair estimates based on warranty options and installed a new water heater. VERY professional and engaging when I asked technical questions while they were working, neat work and cleaned up thoroughly. On top of that, Atomic Plumbing provides a military discount. Service in it's entirety could not be anymore responsive, fair and professional.

Harrison has worked on two of our homes over the past several years on various plumbing projects and repairs. As an Interior Designer, I work with lots of contractors. Harrison’s knowledge, punctuality and professionalism keep him on the top of my list!

I highly recommend the plumbers at Cecilia's Home Repairs. Mike came out to our house this morning and did a great job installing our new toilet, our new kitchen faucet, and our three new exterior hose bibbs. Mike was a big guy! But he did a great job even working in a tight space under the sink. Not only was he very nice and polite, he also worked quickly and obviously knew what he was doing every step of the way. I had forgotten to buy new water supply lines for the kitchen sink and a new stop valve for the toilet (the old one had failed), but he had them in his van, so there was no time wasted. We are grateful for Mike being so friendly, patient with our questions, and focused on his work. I really did not have high expectations because I had never hired Cecilia's Home Repairs before, but now I am working on a list of electrical projects we need done, and I'll be calling them soon. Sean was great! I priced a kitchen faucet replacement with another company and Sean charged me less that half of their price. He came fast and got the work done really fast. Couldn't have asked for a better job!

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Manny took great care of us and walked us through every step. He took the time to explain the new water heater to us.

I needed to have my faucet repaired, was charged $185 only to have someone look at it and tell me they don't have the part to fix it and can't install a new brand of faucet without cutting in from the other side of the wall in another room, not the wall of the bathtub.. They said they would call me back after ordering the part. Never heard back, even when I called, they said they would get back to me... still never heard back. I called Worleys and they installed a new faucet instantly by simply cutting a bigger hole into the wall of the bathtub. Never calling A1 again. Felt like I was scammed out of $185.

Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

YES YES YES YES YES!!! BEST CHOICE EVER THIS WEEK!!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE CALLED ROTO ROOTER SOONER!!! Mike Wilson (tech they sent) was amazing! After several failed attempts by our horrible home warranty company (HMS) sending worthless companies like Patriot plumbing to take our money and do nothing for our clogged plumbing, we were left with more clogged pipes and now a sewage backup yay! It wasn't until we were fed up with the run around and decided to call ROTO Rooters on our own behalf. Boy I wish we would have called them from the start. Mike came out, explained the whole process to us. Showed us the different pipes around the house, explained to us where the backup might be located, explained to us the pricing, was very patient, and when I say he went to work, I mean this poor guy was sweating! He worked his butt off and he got our pipes unclogged and running!!! Yay!!!!!! YOU GO MIKE! MIKE WILSON DESERVES A RAISE ROTO ROOTER! #GIVEMIKEARAISE!

Highly recommend! I called, got all my questions answered and the staff went out of there way to help me gather all the information necessary for my Homeowners Warranty, saving me thousands of dollars. At least give them a call and ask, you got nothing to lose.

Had an emergency situation gave them a call and was at my residence in less than 30 min. Had the problem fixed within 20 min of arriving. Great customer service would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Firstly, when I called to book my appointment for my particular issue the person I spoke with was very polite, helpful and had a very pleasant attitude. Then when i received the phone call telling me that the plumber, James was on the way, she gave me a 20 to 30 min window. James was at my location in less than 20 minutes. When James arrived I explained to him the issue I was having and he knew precisely what was needed to correct the issue. James was not only prompt but he was very pleasant to do business with. I whole heartedly believe he is an asset to your company, Roto Rooter. He managed to complete his job in excellent time, cleaned up all debris and even managed to have me laughing quite frequently with his conversation and humor while conducting his job. James, technician number 5159, represents Roto Rooter quite awesomely and I will request him if I should ever need to call Roto Rooter again. Considering I've not showered, couldn't use the toilet and have a washer full of soaked towels I'm ending this Monday, 11/2/2020 with a smile on my face and in a fabulous mood. THANK YOU JAMES!!! Lost water pressure. Called Lindsey Brothers. They arrived within one hour, quickly found the problem and 2 hours later, pressure restored! They rock! Price for the job was very reasonable! I know plumbers as I from time to time work with new construction. These guys are the best!

Service from TCP did not fix the problem and actually caused more damage. Contractor rushed into the issue and assumed it was an issue with drain pipe - ended up breaking T&P valve trying to remove the drain pipe. After breaking valve, suggested to just get a whole new water heater. I took his advice and ordered new water heater through them and 3-5 days later still had not heard from them - all the while not having hot water. I reached out to them and they then realized they had not even ordered the water heater yet and that the installation would not be able to be completed for 1-2 weeks after the water heater came in because it wasn't an emergency service... I decided to then have another company come out and they quickly realized it was a gas issue - not a water heater issue. He fixed TCP's damage for $25 and got VA Natural Gas out to fix gas issue. I called and cancelled the order and repair from TCP. 3 and half months later I receive a bill in the mail from TCP for the service fee after no contact or follow up at all.
