Asked plumber to use alternate methods to unclog but refused

I have been using Guy Smith for some time and always had a good relationship and felt their work was excellent and had ado it right mentality.I have just had another experience to bolster that feeling.After some extensive work on my HVAC system I had a complaint about a few details that I felt needed corrective action. I called and told the operator my story ans she quickly put me in touch with the manage that could resolve my concerns. After a brief discussion, the manager set up an appointment for the next day.The crew arrived, on time, and promptly corrected all the items on my list. Plus a couple more to boot.I want to say again that Guy Smith Heating and Cooling are the ones I call for HVAC in my home. The 5 stars are well deserved.

Dave from Roto Rooter was fantastic when he installed our new garbage disposal. He was professional, explained everything and even helped with another minor issue that he noticed that wasn’t part of the original job (for free!). They are well worth the money for the high quality of work they perform. Highly recommended!
