Needed drain pipe repair. Pipe was in crawl space and went through a wall. Technicians did a great job, very professional and enjoyed working with them. Although, scheduling dept. needs some work!

He was also very pleasant with my 2 year old who was curious at times and observed the work (and all the cool tools). Jeremy quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater and provided us information on options. He was able to restore our service same day and helped us determine what to do moving forward. As part of his 1 hour call he also fixed a toilet we had problems with.

Jason (the owner of ALi-Cor Plumbing) showed up personally to take care of my work. I have found that with many contractors, you are lucky if they show up at all, never mind on time, but Jason actually showed up a few minutes early. He looked at my job and quickly analyzed it and gave me a price. I've done alot plumbing work before, so I knew what was involved and his price was very fair. He immediately got to work on it and knocked it out fairly quickly and the quality was way above average. Jason gets straight A's on communication, work quality, professionalism and value. I know who I'm calling for my next plumbing project, no question. I highly recommend Ali-Cor Plumbing.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst experience I have ever had with a company. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They were supposed to be coming out to fix my hot water heater for OVER a month. I spoke with the owner personally and expressed the two times the company flaked on us and he promised he would be there Monday. To my surprise a THIRD no show on us by the OWNER. I tried calling the company back and conveniently no one answers the phone. Then to make matters worse, they put the job as complete with my home warranty company when they never even showed up for the job. This company is UNprofessional and a SCAM!! Please please save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere.
