I was very pleased with my experience with Guy Smith. Kathy was very helpful on the phone with scheduling an appointment. I was surprised how quickly they were able to have a tech come out. I was even more pleased when it was much less serious of an issue than I expected. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We had prompt same day service when we called with gurgling pipes, Shawn did a great job and really helped us get things figured out. Would recommend this company and this service.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a complex problem that took (3) technicians to solve over 2 days and (3) visits. I only got (2) of the technician's names-Chandler Cobb and Leslie Vinson. The third tech was also very good I just neglected to get his name. All were knowledge able very professional. The office communication was clear, accurate and timely. As a female I was grateful for the honesty, integrity and professionalism. They did not try to oversell me. They had me all set fairly quickly and the rate was reasonable. Thank you for hiring such good humans. We need more of this in this world.

First and foremost, I'm TOTALLY IMPRESSED with Rotorooter SUPERIOR service. As a homeowner it is stressful enough coming home to an emergency (sewage) but it severely compounds the situation when being unable to find an after-hours company after several attempts. The first attempt in contacting Rotorooter, I was greeted by an outstanding service representative in which I explained my situation and my request was immediately dispatched to a technician. Minutes later, I was contacted by a Water Restoration Specialist (James Kucenski), who was en-route. James put my anxiety to rest when he arrived on scene with a full proof plan to include having the plumber (Robert Lobbins) and restoration team (Migul Perez and Josh Martinez) ALL here within 10-15 minutes after his arrival! James personally assisted me from filing my insurance claim to explaining the process from beginning to end. They have my utmost confidence and I DO NOT trust any other company to handle my future emergencies. They are truly seasoned professionals who've set the GOLD STANDARD in the Hampton Road Area! I can not thank you enough Rotorooter!

Tony did some work for us before, and it was great. I called him to check out my water heater and he talked me through some steps to light the pilot and get it going again. He could have come out and made a quick $$$ but helped me out instead. Good guy!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Company does not answer the phone. Schedule appointments and do not show up!! They rescheduled 4 times through the home warranty company and they never showed up. Horrible at answering phones and when they do an emergency happened or they are driving and will call back in 15 minutes and never do! What did I do in response, I called back until the phone was picked up and then they had the nerve to be mad when I have been waiting to get my issue fixed for over 2 weeks with no updates and no response!! THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!
