We only have one toilet in the house and it was early in the morning and the toilet was clogged - we (my daughter and wife) were desperate to have it fixed ASAP. I called Root Rooter and Mr. James McMillan was dispatched within an hour to help. James got to work immediately and within an hour I had a fully functional toilet! With his experience in the business he knew exactly what the cause of the stoppage was and gave us advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. James worked fast, was professional and courteous.

all-around good experience with A1 sewer and drain. These guys are responsive, honest, and do good work. We had a major problem with our main sewer line and the entire thing had to be dug up and replaced. They discovered during the process that are incoming water pipes or lead and replace these As well. Everybody we dealt with was responsive and the work was done well. I would recommend them to anyone for a plumbing or sewer problem.

I have not had to call a plumber in over 20 years so I am a little outdated in my expectations but I will say this experience was quick and efficient. I called on Monday and they arrived on time on Tuesday and had it fixed quickly.
