We recieved great service from Zach M. on Saturday, May 22, 2021. The city came out the day before and checking the meter and found a leak in the pipe on our side. We were originally going to use a different company, but since they couldn't come out till the beginning of June we decided to call A1 (A1 had completed a job at my mom's home and she recommended them to us). We were scheduled between 8-11 (I think) and Zach arrived a bit earlier than stated, which I totally fine! Granted the leak was a small issue to fix, but he was able to complete the job quickly and professionally. I would totally recommend using A1 plumbers for any issue you have!

I had a toilet with a leak and a dripping tub faucet. I called midday Monday and got a 9am appointment for Tuesday. The phone was answered professionally and I was assured the tech would call before he arrived. Tuesday the tech called on his way and arrived on time. Cameron and helper Trever were neat and friendly. They assessed the two main problems and worked efficiently and professionally. We discussed future work needed. I asked them to look at my kitchen faucet while they were here and they said sure. They were able to correct an issue within 5 minutes. Tony is awesome and is one of the few plumbers left that truly does quality work. He is awesome. He helped me swap out a full shower and bath fixture set in two bathrooms, did a phenomenal job. He is honest and actually cares about his work. He will voice his opinion on what you should do doing and won’t steer you in wrong direction. Great plumber to work with!

I highly DO NOT recommend this company. Their service tech JASON. Is rude, impatient and does not show up on time. Our second appointment was between 12-2pm and he showed up at 1030 am making us stop what we were doing without proper notice. The first time he was an hour late. This service tech diagnosed our water heater and said that the water heater was leaking and the pipes within the wall. He said he would write that all in the ticket for service. Came out to service it and only replaced the water heater. He did not connect to see if it even worked because he wanted an electrician to connect it because they don't do electrical work. We hired an electrician and he connected it. When the heater was turned on we quickly found out the piping connecting to the water heater never got fixed. We called them back and they wanted another service charge for coming out with a bad attitude saying he never said anything about the pipes before. He was upset and lost his temper when I argued that he did mention this problem before and it was never fixed. A complete scam. PLEASE do not support this company that holds these kind of business standards.
