Last Saturday we had a huge plumbing problem in the bathroom and were in desperate need of a plumber. After 3 different plumbing companies came out i was losing hope because the issue still wasn't resolved. That's when my two favorite plumbers (Sean and Scott) from Atomic walked in. These guys got here at 10pm when i called and stayed till 4am which is when the problem was resolved. Both Sean and Scott are hard workers and i cant thank them enough for the hard work they put in during a late night. Going forward i will only be calling Sean and Scott for all my plumbing needs.

Hire Cecilia's Home repair to replace our fascia boards around the house, , fix our porch, and remove an A/C unit from the living room and patch the hole in the wall. Daniel and Mario did an excellent job. Both showed up ahead of schedule everyday, and made sure the repairs were done thoroughly. Quote was spot on, and even with additional repairs that were needed that did not add much more to the overall cost. Will be using them in the future for window replacements that we have been planning for about a year now. Highly recommend company to do any general repairs you may need.

We have used Mr. Dodd for over 30 years because we can always rely on excellent service. He has completed several HVAC jobs for us during that time. When you call James Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing, the phone is answered by his wife Carolyn. With her pleasant manner, she does a thorough job getting detailed information about the HVAC problem. When Mr. Dodd arrives, he has a base of information to assess the problem. He then prepares a detailed work order including the material needed to complete the job, the amount of time to complete the job, and the cost.

Over the years, Mr. Dodd has replaced an entire HVAC system in an older house we owned, completed a tune-up on an existing system (several times), replaced just a part of an HVAC system rather than the whole system, and this week, replaced a gas hot water heater for our home.

Several years ago, Mr. Dodd hired his grandson as an assistant. The two work as a great team. So, when you call Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing, the same team arrives to do the job every time.

Our latest plumbing problem had the team arrive, check the type of water heater needed, and locate where the water heater was in the house. The Dodd team was back in a short period of time. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and hauled the old water heater away. From start to finish, the job was completed in a timely fashion.

When Mr. Dodd left to purchase a new water heater, he could have easily stopped at a nearby Big Box store. Instead, he went to a wholesaler and purchased a higher quality water heater at a much lower price.

Raymond Goodman ant responded to an emergency weekend plumbing call for a broken tub faucet. Told me he would arrive in an hour, which he did. He then promptly took a look at the job and had price quote ready in less than 10 minutes. He was finished with the whole job in under an hour and a half restoring running water in our home and essentially saving the day! His work was professional and on point! Additionally, their pricing was fair and they even applied a military discount! Very happy with the service we received! The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

Justin made it to our home within the hour, fixed our issue and identified a separate issue that could have caused us major issues down the road and agreed to repair that as well. Nothing against the plumbers themselves or the work but I will never call on them again because the person who sends them out on calls was an absolute nightmare to talk to. It ended up costing me a $170 for them to come out and wasn't able to help me because they don't do certain jobs. I had explained what I needed to the woman but she didn't advise their limitations in regard to the job I needed. So all they did was repeat back what I had already knew and charged me for the privilege. She threw jabs at me and accused me of giving her inaccurate information when I followed up. I work in customer service and I have never used snide remarks or tried to debate with them to win an argument. Totally unprofessional.
