We had an unfortunate experience with Home Depot's no hassle install after purchasing a new dishwasher. Our previous homeowners had tiled in the old dishwasher so it couldn't be removed and they couldn't/wouldn't do tile work. We put it off because we were dreading going through the process of getting estimates, etc. I am so glad we called Z Line and I wish we had done it sooner. We got a text message notification upon arrival that included a photo of the employee who would be doing the work, which I appreciated. Terry was on time, super nice, and did a great job switching out the dishwashers, cutting and installing the tile, and matching our existing grout. His coworker who joined him was also kind and thorough. We were so impressed we even asked them to look at two more side projects for the future before they left.

My daughter is flying in tonight. She will be staying with me. My plumbing drains clogged up and upon call Guy Smith, their technician was here within 30 minutes. The problem proved to be harder to resolve than expected. The tech kept at it until resolved. I am retired from the trades. I do not give praise lightly but the two techs who came out deserve it.

We have used Ali-Cor for our home and our rentals for years. They have always been professional and quick to respond, even after hours and holidays. We highly recommend them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Company does not answer the phone. Schedule appointments and do not show up!! They rescheduled 4 times through the home warranty company and they never showed up. Horrible at answering phones and when they do an emergency happened or they are driving and will call back in 15 minutes and never do! What did I do in response, I called back until the phone was picked up and then they had the nerve to be mad when I have been waiting to get my issue fixed for over 2 weeks with no updates and no response!! THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!
