Z Line Handyman Service is a top notch company. Everyone I have encountered has been professional and friendly. Furthermore, the technician T. Crawford was one of the best handyman I ever encountered. He demonstrated a the highest level of professional and respect for my family and home. He even went above an beyond to explain what he was doing; furthermore, instead of just throwing my items back under the sink he took time to organize them. T. Crawford truly treated my home like his own. I highly recommend you use Z Line Handyman service and especially T. Crawford for any home project.

Prompt service. Polite employees and agreeable prices. The technicians took care to place tarps to protect our carpets as well as to explain what they were doing during each step. The repair was done efficiently and the technicians took considerable care to clean up. We will definitely recommend to both family and friends.

Service from TCP did not fix the problem and actually caused more damage. Contractor rushed into the issue and assumed it was an issue with drain pipe - ended up breaking T&P valve trying to remove the drain pipe. After breaking valve, suggested to just get a whole new water heater. I took his advice and ordered new water heater through them and 3-5 days later still had not heard from them - all the while not having hot water. I reached out to them and they then realized they had not even ordered the water heater yet and that the installation would not be able to be completed for 1-2 weeks after the water heater came in because it wasn't an emergency service... I decided to then have another company come out and they quickly realized it was a gas issue - not a water heater issue. He fixed TCP's damage for $25 and got VA Natural Gas out to fix gas issue. I called and cancelled the order and repair from TCP. 3 and half months later I receive a bill in the mail from TCP for the service fee after no contact or follow up at all.
