Justin and Paul were extremely polite. They worked as quickly as they could and got my hot water heater replaced. I have two dogs that are a handful, and they learned their names and talked to them to help keep them calm, which meant a lot to me. I felt comfortable having them in my home. The customer service at the company was great as well, very helpful on the phone. I also received an email with a picture of the technician (Justin) who would be coming to my house- very nice touch. The price for the work they did was fair. I received estimates from two companies and I’m glad I chose Atomic. I would recommend them.

Chris Mccall from Z Line came out today and did some siding repair for me. I was very impressed with the work quality. Chris was on time, professional and really great to work with. I'd definitely use Z Line in the future. Thx.

Staff is professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Did not try and do unnecessary repairs or services. Will definitely use their services again and would refer to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Everyone at All Day Plumbing was very friendly and easy to work with. They got our dishwasher picked up, installed, and the old one hauled away the next day after we called them. They were very efficient and knowleable. We will definitely use them again!

Approximately 3 days ago I arrived at my home after driving 9hrs at around 3am to find that I had a massive leak that I later learned was my supply line. Never having had to deal with this before, I obviously freaked out and got the water turned off. Later that morning after calling multiple plumbers local to the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area I had one come out from a different company (NOT MR. ROOTER) that immediately wanted to charge me $3.5k just to break up concrete and look for the leak. He did not turn the water on, or so much as shine a flashlight on the area I said water was coming from. The next company wanted me to do leak detection through a 3rd party first and then have them do the repair, the leak detection was quoted to be about $500, most other places charge much less.

This is significant because Mr. Zhane Albrecht from Mr. Rooter not only found the leak that was actually located above ground, but explained to me how the damage occurred, why it occurred and how he was going to fix it. This guy is the walking epitome of customer service and satisfaction, he wasn't pushy and you could tell he was advising on matters as if it were his own home which speaks volumes to his character as a professional that cares about people.

Rarely is it ever a good circumstance to have to call out a plumber, but through the unfortunate issue I had, I was thankful I had somebody knowledgeable and honest enough to see me through to the other side WITHOUT trying to rake me over the coals. Thanks Zhane, you're the man!

We had a jammed disposal in our kitchen sink. When I called, they said the plumber would be at our house between 2-4 pm. At 3:30 pm, the dispatcher called to say that the plumber was running a little late -- but he actually arrived right at 4 pm. He took care of the problem very quickly, was professional and pleasant and made sure everything was running fine before leaving. Thank you!

$450 flat rate fee for snaking a drain?!? Asked over the phone for the price and dispatcher told me every home is different so it'll differ based on my plumbing. Technician Austin arrived pretty quickly and was very nice and professional. He was able to get my drain unclogged and draining properly. My review is strictly for the blatant lie from the dispatcher. RotoRooter prices are higher than everyone around. Your able to get people out and to the home quickly which is why you are convenient. Explain that to folks and let them make an informed decision. Quit decieving people in hopes they'll just say yes to the price when they don't believe they have another choice.

As the GM of a restoration company I depend on RPG to not only provide timely service but to offer extensive knowledge and help problem solve. We have been using them for several years and they don't just turn wrenches, but they think outside the box to come up with solutions for clients that other people just don't see. On top of all that, their work is beautiful and their job sites are always clean. I would recommend them to everyone!

They arrived exactly on time. They were efficient and got the job done. They even went out and got something extra to help prevent the issue from coming back. They were really friendly and explained what they were doing at each step.

I would definitely call them back if I have any other plumbing issue in the future.

To say we are beyond disappointed is an understatement. You trust your home owners warranty company and the contractors they send out to you to fix your home problems and it turns out that they just lie about situation. Jason from TCP Plumbing company came out and tried to fix our leak that we had downstairs from our upstairs shower and he did a quick fix only to have it leak again 3 weeks later. He came a second time, looked at it again and in less than 5 mins said that he didn’t know where the leak was coming from and he would have to contact the home warranty company and ask permission to get into the ceiling. He left only to have the home warranty office email us 2 wks later to tell us our claim was no longer going to be covered because the plumber said it was an improper install and he couldn’t do anything about it. Little did he know that we had his whole conversation on camera and were able to capture exactly what he said and turn it into the home warranty office to reopen our claim and send a second company. He blatantly lied about the whole situation and to say he is unprofessional is putting it mildly. Unprofessional and just plain lacking in the skill need in his “profession.” We do not recommend Jason or this company at any cost!
