Long story short-the blockage of our main drain was on the city side. Kim was an absolute life saver. She explained what might be happening and advised I call the city first. I followed her instructions and sure enough it was in the easement. Kim’s honesty and professionalism is truly appreciated and even though I didn’t need their services this time, my first call will be to Atomic whenever I need a plumber. Good to see not all companies are out to make a dollar via predatory practices. Thank you, Kim! Atomic Plumbing has a great employee.

Called to get an estimate for cutting countertop to fit a new range. Theresa worked hard to get us the help we needed as soon as possible. Terry arrived the same day and within a short time the counter was cut and the new range installed. Price was reasonable too. We will definitely consider using ZLine again when we need handyman services - Highly Recommended.

We had a valve fail and were unable to fill the tank. Within two hours of calling Austin was here. He explained the process he was using to troubleshoot the issue and the problem when he found. I have used Ali-Cor Plumbing for all my plumbing needs over the past several years. The staff is great. Always prompt, knowledgeable and complete in their service. Only company I use!

Service from TCP did not fix the problem and actually caused more damage. Contractor rushed into the issue and assumed it was an issue with drain pipe - ended up breaking T&P valve trying to remove the drain pipe. After breaking valve, suggested to just get a whole new water heater. I took his advice and ordered new water heater through them and 3-5 days later still had not heard from them - all the while not having hot water. I reached out to them and they then realized they had not even ordered the water heater yet and that the installation would not be able to be completed for 1-2 weeks after the water heater came in because it wasn't an emergency service... I decided to then have another company come out and they quickly realized it was a gas issue - not a water heater issue. He fixed TCP's damage for $25 and got VA Natural Gas out to fix gas issue. I called and cancelled the order and repair from TCP. 3 and half months later I receive a bill in the mail from TCP for the service fee after no contact or follow up at all.
