I contacted Mr. Bertolino last Tuesday using the Quick Contact option he has on his website which made it easy for me since I work evenings and it was 3 am in the morning when I needed a plumber. We spoke the next morning and he already knew the details of my issue. And he was able to come by that afternoon. He was patient with my questions and took time to explain things to me, especially since my water heater is part of an Apollo system. He does quality work and truly takes pride in what he does.

Called Tony to replace hot and cold water lines and valves for washing machine in a renta property. Had another company come out originally and gave me a diagnostic and quote. Declined paid their fee and then called Tony. Surprisingly he was able to provide service the same day and had the job done quickly. Plus he charged half the price of the big brand company. He will now be our go to guy for all plumbing matters. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Devin, David and Isaac (a newer employee) are amazing! Their quality of work was beyond measure and even found small signs of a bigger risk at hand and brought light to it to help create a game plan to fix before the next big rain. There was also a faucet issue I had and they went the extra mile to fix it and it wasn’t in their work order. If you book I’d suggest request them especially if you need plumbing rerouted. They are quick, clean, extremely helpful, and will always have you in their best interest!

Called A-1 American to fix leaky valves in shower, replace knobs, and replace the shower head. Larry came out and repaired the valves and replaced knobs and shower head. He was prompt, courteous, explained everything. He cleaned up the work area leaving it cleaner than when he arrived. Wife said superb job. Thanks A-1.

And they do a great job. They're flexible and won't upcharge you. It's no surprise they're booked so far out.
