11-5-19 UPDATE! STILL AWESOME PLUMBER! Google won't let me write a second review for a new service call so I'm adding to the first review. Our kitchen faucet developed a slow leak. During inspection we also found that the disposal was leaking and we hadn't noticed the water damage to the MDF bottom of cupboard. Called Mr. Bertolino and he provided guidance for replacement faucets (e.g. which brands require least repairs/last longest, which features are gimicky, etc.) and was fortunately able to get us into his schedule quickly. Upon arrival he identified two broken isolation valves and offered advice on re-routing lines for less obstruction. Provided the same awesome tutelage to his son (who rightfully knows his stuff anyway but the obvious camaraderie was good to see) and they had all the necessary pieces/parts on their truck (no going back to the store). Great guy, very experienced, trustworthy with your family and in your home, very fair pricing. This is who you call or recommend to others.

When I called him for about 3 of my plumbing jobs, he was always early, walk me through from start to finish. He was very reasonable on his prices and he is my go to plumber. This is the man to take care of all plumbing and gas issues and projects.

Reported the problem in the morning, and they showed up in the afternoon. This is an older house, so everything was a challenge, but he cleaned out everything, and verified that we are clog free now. Great job.

Few years ago we started having plumbing problems one after another. After experiencing several plumbing repair businesses my wife and I was never totally pleased with the service provided. One day we had a problem with a leaky shower. I went out on a limb and chose a small (at that time) ad on the internet search engine “Don’s Plumbing” and phone number, nothing fancy. I said to my wife that it can’t be any worse than the previous experience in the past. I made the call that morning and don was there within 5 hours later. Even though the issue was not urgent, Dons’ professionalism showed me that any issue is just important than the next. He took care of the problem quickly and was very reasonable rates. Don has a true passion for his work. Whenever there’s a plumbing service needed we call on Don for his GREAT SERVIVE, GREAT RATES AND GREAT PLUMBING. I have never found a more trustworthy plumber.

Let me just start of by saying Tony was very fair and professional. After calling around to numerous business around town, they all wanted to charge me a arm and leg just to replace my garbage disposal unit.

Tony for Tony and Son Plumbing returned my call and understood my frustration. He patiently gave me step by step direction to try and diagnose the problem first to see it was necessary for him to even come out, saving me from spending unnecessary money.

Needless to say, following Tonys advice i now have a working disposal unit again. Thank you Tony. You now have a forever customer!

I used AHS and chose this company because of it's reviews. I had a pin hole leek in my pipe to my shower, it was accessed through my bedroom closet. To my surprise it had been leaking for some time!! When I discovered it was leaking, I was not able to make it stop. Therefore I called and asked to speak with the technician that would be coming out. I received a call almost right away from Jose. They scheduled me for the next morning. Jose came out fixed the pipe. He was very efficient, professional and was done in a flash. I was very grateful it had not destroyed my floor. Jose told me to spry with bleach, put a fan on it to dry in order to make sure it would now grow mold. I was very thankful. I would defiantly recommend this company to anybody that needs plumbing, ask for Jose :) 9/3/2022

My repair person was Ryan, he had a great attitude, very helpful and knowledgeable. He text when he was on his way and arrived within 15 minutes of the text. The Install went great.. Would highly recommended this company!!

I highly DO NOT recommend this company. Their service tech JASON. Is rude, impatient and does not show up on time. Our second appointment was between 12-2pm and he showed up at 1030 am making us stop what we were doing without proper notice. The first time he was an hour late. This service tech diagnosed our water heater and said that the water heater was leaking and the pipes within the wall. He said he would write that all in the ticket for service. Came out to service it and only replaced the water heater. He did not connect to see if it even worked because he wanted an electrician to connect it because they don't do electrical work. We hired an electrician and he connected it. When the heater was turned on we quickly found out the piping connecting to the water heater never got fixed. We called them back and they wanted another service charge for coming out with a bad attitude saying he never said anything about the pipes before. He was upset and lost his temper when I argued that he did mention this problem before and it was never fixed. A complete scam. PLEASE do not support this company that holds these kind of business standards.
