Excellent service. Was able to diagnose and correct issue with our shower drain leaking through on the second floor within an hour. Extremely reasonable price, and work was done by a master plumber. It's been a full week and no leaks! Answered all questions regarding the work and explained even extra details that he didn't need to give. Just all around a very nice guy and I couldn't be happier with the service/work that was performed. I'd call him to come out again for anything I needed, and he'll always be the first reference I give to others in this area. Thanks!

There were where they were supposed be, when they were supposed to be there, and did what they were paid to do. They did it well and I did not have to clean up after them.

They were a rip off charged me $500 for a $5 part. People work too hard for their money to be taken advantage of. Will never use this company!

Outrageous pricing! Repairman was nice and courteous but $370 for an hour is too much. He apologized for being fast when I mentioned this but the issue is they charge too much for the job (clean out aerator and snake a drain) not that he was too speedy! Never should have switched plumbers!

Zach arrived promptly, identified the problem. He showed me defective part after he repaired it. He made some suggestions that I might consider, but with no pressure. He treated this senior citizen with respect.

Definitely do not recommend this company. My home warranty provider connected me with them and I had to call twice to get an appointment. They do not answer the phone when you call. I was given a 3PM - 5{M service appointment and they did not show and they did not call to let me know they were not coming. I called the office to inquire and again no one answered the phone or returned my call. When I contacted my home warranty company they informed me TCP Plumbing had rejected the service as they do not service gar water heaters, yet they didn't bother to inform me and I had taken the afternoon off from work to be home for my service window. I requested my home warranty company remove them from their list of providers. They do not deserve a one star rating, but the review won't post without selecting a at least one star...
