Called Atomic at about 5:45 on Friday night because our hot water heater had water coming out of the pressure pipe steady for almost an hour. Mylissa answered the phone and was very helpful and said someone could be out in an hour. Jimmy P. arrived in about an hour. Examined the issue and stopped the water coming from the pressure relief. We decided to replace the 13 year old water heater in stead of just fixing the issue and waiting for another to develop. Jimmy P. said he would be back out with the new water heater at 8:00 on Saturday morning. He was on time and ready to go. He jumped right into getting things done while Javier G. was on his way with the new water heater. Jimmy P. and Javier G. did a great job doing the removal and install and worked great together. Best part of this was the pricing, I like the flat rate charge by the job, not by the hour. I found their pricing to be very reasonable!! Great job done by Atomic, Jimmy P., Javier G., and Mylissa!! You'll get our business again.

I rarely leave online reviews however; this company is the exception. I had been looking through multiple companies for help in repairing my shower bed and tile (there was a leak and the whole thing needed to be redone from the ground up). I could not be more grateful to have found this company.

The pricing I was given was more than fair. I feel as though they were a genuine family company that actually understood not every family is beyond rich. As a first time home owner I was able to pay for services without having to pull out a major loan for the repairs. Other companies were literally trying to rob me blind to where I wondered if I could ever get my showered repaired.

The day of our appointment Anthony and his crew (Clint) came out 15 minutes before our appointment time. They also came out ready to work. Right now. No hesitations (I did not expect this). They explained the whole procedure to me so that I could be a knowledgeable homeowner. Any questions I had Anthony and Clint guided me through the process.

As the repairs started, each day Clint and George gave a heads up before they were coming. They arrived promptly on time each day without any wasted time. They were very respectful of my house and laid down floor coverings so that they did not damage my carpet. They were some serious hard workers. They did an amazing job and the work is superb. Not to mention, they were clean. They made sure and cleaned everything and left me a working shower in excellent condition.

I am beyond grateful to have found an honest legit company who is professional and reliable. I will absolutely be coming to them as the years come along for any future projects or needed repairs. Most importantly.....I now have a master bathroom shower again! This will be so much better rather than a family of 4 trying to cram into one small bathroom.

Precision plumbing was recommended to me by a friend who has been using them for many many years… I contacted them the next day and actually spoke to the owner of the company. I had a few plumbing repairs that needed to be addressed he immediately put me in contact with the main office and set me up for an appointment the following day. The office staff set everything up very professionally and texted me the next day when the technician was on his way. Fine gentleman named Joshua showed up to the house on time he was very professional he assessed the problem and went right to work didn't hesitate I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing so I left him alone to do his work he finished the repairs at a good pace the whole time explaining to me what he was doing and showing me and I really appreciated that the whole experience was nothing short of stellar everybody I talk to on the phone very professional and Joshua was just the icing on the cake I couldn't of asked for a better technician thank you precision plumbing I'm a customer for life and I will be calling upon you in the future As well as referring your company to friends and family that need plumbing work or repairs I want to personally think the owner the staff in the office that arranged the order and the technician that came out and did the work thank you so much great job I recommend this company 100% five stars for sure thank you again precision plumbing

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

A review start to finish. . George, Installation Manager, resolved lingering matters. Knew his craft, courteous. If a final inspect was done at the end of the job return trips could’ve been prevented.Tommy & Justin - WOW! You guys took care of business professionally, timely, and kindly. Worked through to finish today, but no shortcuts. Tommy definitely knows what he’s doing. And Justin, all the hard work to correct issues with ductwork, much appreciated. You guys rock!Tim tried to sell us a concrete block to place in front of the unit, that we already had & replace a newer heat unit. We got it straight with my husband on the call, but it should not have occurred. Seemed we paid above average, but the crews were great. Anything that needed twicking they were on it and for them I rate 5. The overselling, a billing correction that should have been communicated 3 months, instead calling months later with a “wrinkle”, poor/incorrect communication, and the added stress caused, a lower score was warranted.

BARBARA yelled At me and hung up on me!! Expected me NOT to Express frustration or NOTHING. I said you cannot just change a twice confirmed appointment!!!
