Kept after it till the job was done.I was so impressed I hired him to do some other things in my home his work is exceptionally good, fair price I would highly recommend him to anybody. I had a leak on my garbage disposal and was able to get same day service. I was able to get the leak repaired. The plumber was on time, had great customer service and let me know what was going on before and after the work was done.

They were always on top of any problems happening at any time, communicated any issues and extra cost, and checked in daily to make sure we were satisfied with the ongoing project. First time I've used Rotor-Rooter, however if the technician (Alex) who solved my plumbing issues was a good representative of the company...I'm sold! Won't use anyone else & would request him again if possible. Rotor-Rooter gave me a courtesy call that he was on his way & he was prompt & professional. Alex explained everything he was going to do & why in an easy to understand way. Alex did an excellent job!

I called this company on Saturday 12/19/15 afternoon (2:30 pm) with an Emergency. Had to shut the water off to the house due to a leak. Website said they were open til 7:00 pm. After waiting several hours, I decided to try fixing myself. Took all night, but I got it fixed. Even a call saying they could not come to help would have been nice. Bad customer sevice.

The people are so nice and friendly and explain everything down to the T they do amazing work, and they always clean up after they are done. and not only that their prices are among the best around compared to other companies around Tulsa and the surrounding areas. They will forever be my plumbers. And I will always highly recommend them to any one and everyone.
