The timely repair of the A/C unit was greatly appreciated by my family. The A/C quit working a little after 5:30 PM, the service tech had it repaired, serviced and back on by 8:00. Positive experience using Sons of Service in two different homes. Today, perhaps a rather ordinary search & repair. However, at the first home they fixed a foundation problem no one else - not the original building contractor, countless engineer reports, 3 sets of piers, etc. - NONE of these completely fixed the problem in 30 years. After spending thousands of dollars on other services, SOS fixed it for few a hundred dollars. It's all in the details.

We had a major sewer line blockage. He assessed the problem, and started with the least aggressive and least costly treatment. He texted that evening to check on us, and when that did not resolve the issue, he came back and we made a plan. He and his crew, who are mostly family and a great team of guys, showed up exactly when they said, went right to work, and replaced part of the line. They did it with minimal mess, and by the next day, we had everything put back in place. We cannot say enough about the peace of mind we had placing our trust in Chris and his team. We had him replace our very old and out of code water heater to avert future disasters! Next week he is coming back to replace a garden spigot for us. An excellent plumber is worth his weight in gold!

I had a great experience with Air Solutions. My furnace went out last Thursday, I called Air Solutions, and they sent Brandon out that evening to take a look at it.

Brandon was very nice and did a thorough check up before explaining what the (multiple) issues were with my 24 year old HVAC system. I already knew from the noisiness, poor performance, and history of poor maintenance before I purchased the house that the HVAC was likely in need of a complete replacement. Brandon called the next day with a quote to repair the old one, giving me multiple options at different price points, but I decided I would rather get a new one than continue trying to patch up the old.

So on Friday, Darryl came out to do an estimate on a complete new HVAC. Air Solutions was the highest priced out of the three estimates I had gotten, but since you usually get what you pay for and I was not about to skimp on something this important, I went with them because I wanted to pay for quality equipment, installation, and customer service. Another thing that attracted me was their offer to install the next day - even on a Saturday - so I didn't have to suffer through the weekend without heat or take off a day of work to be there for the install.

First thing Saturday morning, Mike and Kyle showed up to do the installation and they were just as nice and professional as everyone I interacted with at Air Solutions. They gave me a couple of options for placement of the return air vent, sealed up a ton of leaks in the HVAC closet, reconfigured the filter placement so that I would not continue to have dirt sucked up in the system, and basically fixed all of the issues that had damaged my old system and run up my utility bills. Once they had all the new stuff installed, they walked me through filter maintenance, writing down the exact type I needed and where to purchase it, and demonstrated the new thermostat so that I had no questions about how to operate the system. They even offered to take a box of trash from my garage with them when they left to save me the trouble of disposing of it - this was top notch customer service!

The one hiccup in the whole experience came when I was working out financing for the new system, but it was quickly handled by Shelby in the Owasso office and, again, I was treated as if my happiness was their top priority. I'm so glad I chose Air Solutions and will continue to do business with them in the future.

During recent ice storm, gas hot water heater stopped working. Airco came out within 3 hours. The flu cap had blown off the pipe, ice formed inside. Service men not allowed to get up on roof covered with ice. They returned following week, only charged me one service charge.

I requested service through American home shield because my water heater wasn’t working. I got a call from tony a day later he scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Gary came out fixed the problem out hot water was working again but unfortunately the sea lent on some threads wasn’t good so a small gas leak a few hours late gary came by to fix at 7pm. I appreciate these guys hard work. Everything from the service manger to to the technician overall easy and great experience

Maston’s was great to work with-very upfront and communicative. They helped with a bathroom remodel and were very informative throughout the process.

Shower was clogged and they came out in a timely manner and got it fixed fast and efficient! No more standing water when I’m showering! Thanks!
