The installation team of Clayton and Brian showed up on time and worked steadily throughout the day to ensure that the job was done with quality and done safely. They put in the extra time to get the job done in one day. Excellent job by both of these guys. I am happy with my new A/C and furnace - just in time for the hot summer days.

Chris was responsive and timely. He worked hard and efficiently. Gave me a fair estimate and wouldn't charge me if I didn't go with him. He was available to me on Saturday as my weekdays are tied up. He saved us from undue health risk when he discovered our heater vent pipe had fallen apart (we had not examined it for 11 plus years since it was first installed. He replaced all our toilet parts - I would have no reservations recommending him for doing a good - excellent job. There was a point where he encountered a fixture that was bonded and installed incorrectly. He did not give up . He was focused and prevailed. Very experienced and fair. These guys are amazing. We looked for months for a plumber to put pex pipe in our house. We would have people come out and quote but then never say a word after. JR did a great job and even went me to Lowe's because the toilet I purchased from them had a defective drain valve we discovered AFTER he had the replacement installed. They did the work I requested and for the price they quoted. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing projects.

This is an amazing plumbing company! The plumbers at Allied/Hedrick are the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous plumbers I have ever used. The job was priced for me before they began the repair with an explanation of what they were going to do and why.
