Jess was a lifesaver after the Fathers Day storm. After experiencing extreme damage to my home from a fallen tree I had a gas leak. Jess found the leak and took proper steps with the city to get my gas turned on. An inept representative came from ONG to turn the gas back on. Unable to light the water heater ONG advised me to call a plumber. Jess came back and lit the water water and aced the day. Highly recommend him.

I called Hendrick first thing this morning about a water leak coming from our hot water closet in the garage. Knowing how busy they must be due to all of the cold weather, I was surprised to get put on the schedule for same day service. We had asked for Kevin Carner since he had done work for us before and we trusted him. This afternoon Kevin and Matt showed up and within an hour we had an answer to what was causing the leak and they were hard at work fixing it. I cannot say enough about the service we received. Knowledgeable, respectful, fast, thorough. Thank you so much for taking care of us and our home today!

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

Work is fine, but be warned. If the plumber doesn't have the parts on him, you will be charged for the time it takes to get the parts. Nasty surprise for a 20 minute fix to be charged at 2 hours of labor.
