Timo was very knowledgeable and thorough with our French drain issues. He helped us come up with a plan to fix our issues using state of the art underground cameras to see that the drains were obstructed by tree roots. We’re looking forward to fixing the problem next week.

I've used Charlie's Rooter for many years. They always show up on time and solve the problem quickly. Prices are reasonable. More than once they have shown up at night, on a weekend or a holiday.

Today it rained and the man from Roto Rooter had to come and clean out my sewer system. He was kind. He was courteous, and he got the job done in the rain. I felt sorry for him, but he did it. My drains are cleared out, and I no longer have sewage backing up in my bathtubs.

He was very knowledgeable and provided me with a few options to choose from. His team came in within a couple days to work on the property. I was expecting a mess in my front lawn, but the team did an amazing job cleaning up. The same day Eric followed back up, stating everything went fine. He also sent an email with a work completion letter. I definitely would be using this company again and recommend them to everyone!
