Best Septic Installation in Tulsa OK

Replaced an outside faucet and garbage disposal. I’ve been using this company for years and they’ve always been fair on pricing, fast at their job (which matters if your being charged hourly), and they were neat and clean! I’m a Happy customer and I will use them again!

Jess and Cooper were incredible! I had a leaky faucet in my bathtub and they were able to replace the necessary parts and fix the issue. They were very detail oriented and professional. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Currently in the middle of a kitchen remodel and was in a stand still due to other so call HVAC individuals or smaller companies. I most definitely try to support small business but after a couple of no show for work and a million excuses. I needed someone ASAP since I was already a week behind schedule. I researched internet myself after failed attempts through Thumbtack and Home Advisors. Hendricks came out same day provided a reasonable quote and next business day were on the job. The project is now complete and we can move forward with remodeling process. Quality work and friendly staff.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

I find filing this review unpleasant. I have never filed a negative review on a company before. Over a month ago a Mullin worker asked permission to work in our yard to do repair work for our neighbor. We of course gave him permission. He finished while I was absent and left a large mound of dirt. It literally looks like a grave in our back yard. I repeatedly called and spoke to folks at Mullins Plumbing. They repeatedly told me they would resolve the problem. A month later I guess I, a 73 year old will have to move the mound. They seem to be too busy. My advice, clearly unless there's money in it for them don't expect them to resolve anything

A Go-To for any sewer problems

Had a sewer line clog causing sewage to backup into my bathtub. I called 15 other places in town and Roto Rooter Tulsa was the only one that could get my taken care of after hours. Luke came out at 11pm and had things cleared up in about 20 minutes. Not gonna lie, it was expensive, but I needed it handled and they are the only ones who stepped up. It's 830 the next day and I'm still answering call backs from the other companies who let me down last night.

I called Justin and he worked with me to help me save $. Andrew showed up the next day and replaced my water heater in no time. He was very professional & saved me hundreds of dollars. I will use Alert for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We had a massive sewer issue on our hands and ASAP underground came out and solved the problem in no time. They diagnosed the issue as a problem with our old clay mainline (which caused sewer back up), brought the crew out the next day and fixed our mainline. I cannot thank Grant and his crew enough for their outstanding job they did.
