Rick made time to schedual me a day sooner than he thought he would be able to get to us. We had water running out through the garage, when the washing machine ran. He was very pleasant, went right to the problem, quickly repaired, checked for additional potential problems. He then picked/cleaned up, gave me information to help avoid future problems, thanked me and left. His charge was very reasonable
I WILL use him if/when I need repairs again. Ralph

Your guys got to the root of the problem quickly. They made their suggestions and got to work. Was in and out in a timely fashion. The plumber that you sent previously lived down the street from us. They did a great job and will be definitely using again.

Had them clean a drain out with same day service, located the cause of my issue which was some roots. Then a couple days later had a water heater start leaking, they had it replaced and everything brought up to code the next day. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and recommend them to friends.

Chad is completely unprofessional. Just showed up on my doorstep unannounced...saying I had and appointment with him. I called yesterday and talked to several plumbers and got quotes, made an a pointment for 3pm todwy and immediately cancelled it. Chad shows up and says I had an appointment...I said well it was for three but.. he interrupts me. Well, we are early!. It's 1pm. Great that you are early but the work has been complete by Mullin this morning and I cancelled that appointment. Well I guess our kids won't eat then! Is what Chad said. I cancelled my appointment... I think this company is nothing more than ambulance chasers. BE VERY CAUTIOUS with these folks.

Jess was a lifesaver after the Fathers Day storm. After experiencing extreme damage to my home from a fallen tree I had a gas leak. Jess found the leak and took proper steps with the city to get my gas turned on. An inept representative came from ONG to turn the gas back on. Unable to light the water heater ONG advised me to call a plumber. Jess came back and lit the water water and aced the day. Highly recommend him.

Don't know them personally yet, I had scheduled to use them at our facility then had to cancel. I felt bad about it, the Lady that had answered was very understanding and just awesome. Our facility will be using them in the future definitely

They were right on time did a really quality job and the new AO Smith 40 Gallon Water Heater worked great, price was just as quoted no surprise's.
The installers knew just how to get it installed, they really took extra effort to make sure everything was done correct even checked the vent exit on roof to make sure it was exhausting correct.

Expensive.

Our water main broke on a very cold Saturday morning. We called Roto-Rooter and they sent out Jacob and Dallas. They were quick, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. They had our pipe dug out and repaired in no time! Great guys who did excellent work!

They never got back to me. Bad customer service
