I am on a monthly payment plan to get routine maintenance on my HVAC. This is a great service. My service person notified me he was on the way. He wore shoe covers when he was in the house. He was polite and he was very helpful with the HVAC system. He informed me that there was a problem and he called the office to get it scheduled. He then came to my door to let me know when it was scheduled. That was nice.

Best plumber this side of the Mississippi shoot maybe even the world but I'm on this side of the Mississippi so all I know is I know who I call when Plumbing issues arise and all my friends too. Pretty much the best

We had a leak in our kitchen that went out to the carpet in our daughters playroom. I called here to get a quote and was informed that a quote would cost around $45 and if I wanted them to fix the problem that quote price would not be charged. They came in and found that the leak was an easy fix (screwing the faucet hose back in). I was not given a quote and they fixed something I could have easily done and charged me $89! I was not about to challenge 2 grown men who are obviously crooks with just me and my 1 year old daughter at home. This place was a huge disappointment!
Not to mention they didn't even fix the problem which was the garbage disposal leaking. We had a very reasonable and professional from Aspen Plumbing come out the next day and FIXED all leaks.

We highly recommend Kimber Homes! It was great to work with staff that were professional and showed up on time. The communication was excellent and recommendations when speaking with Elon and Lindsay. Everyone showed great attention to details of our bathroom remodel. We will definitely use them again for our kitchen remodel!

Gavin Woodruff and Will Nauss did a great job of finding the issue, communicating about what was going on and what was needed to fix it. They were professional and efficient and fixed a long standing problem that multiple other plumbers were unable to resolve satisfactorily. I won't hesitate to call Torch Services again if needed.
