RSM is who I always recommend! They are the best! Wouldn't dream of using anyone else, it's businesses like this that make me feel peace of mind knowing the job is done right, the first time!
Not to mention, me being a single mom, I always know that they are not going to do any services that I don't need.

I don't have a single negative remark on Big C's to make. They offer better service than their competitors in Tulsa, they work quickly, and you can call them at any hour for help. What's there to complain about?

Ran a new hot water line to the Kitchen, then patched the sheetrock and painted. Good work, solved the problem in a timely manner for a reasonable price.

These guys were great and really friendly. They made it out to my house quickly on a day when they were extremely busy and all the plumbers I called were completely booked.
I was given a quote before they did the work and best case/ worst case scenarios. They were patient with my questions and very informative.
They also took the time to disconnect my water hose for me before the upcoming bad weather.
This company will be my go to plumbing company for any work I need in the future.

I found water running out of my garage on a Friday evening about 6 pm. I called ALD, and they could not have been nicer. Brock came out soon after—and again, could not have been nicer, more helpful, or more professional. Found the leak in short order in a Pex fitting and fixed it. We could not have asked for better service—and especially on a weekend.

One guy was very nice, Terry. They said it was fixed, but as soon as they left my toilet started burping again. Hopefully it’s coincidental, maybe just some air left in the line. 🤞🏼

Our air conditioner stopped working on a humid August day. Absolute Air sent a knowledgeable and friendly technician the same day I called. David did fantastic work- had it running again in no time.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
