Chris does really great work! He inherited a lot of problems from our general contractor and saved us tons of heart ache by working around tough spots. He thoroughly checks all of his work, is very responsive, and honest with what he charges and how long it will take.

I had a leak on my garbage disposal and was able to get same day service. I was able to get the leak repaired. The plumber was on time, had great customer service and let me know what was going on before and after the work was done.

There were a number of plumbing issues that needed to be addressed in our recently purchased home: leaky faucets, toilet flushing issues and an old and smelly garbage disposal. My husband and I are so glad we found One Way. My husband called around 11:00 AM hoping we could get someone here within the next few days. We were very pleased when we were told they could be here in under 2 hours. We received a text and email confirming the appointment within minutes. That gave us just enough time to go buy faucets. Logan and Michael were awesome - professional and friendly. They explained what needed to be done, worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. They even took the empty boxes, old pipes, trash, etc., out for us. We will call them again if we need plumbing work. We highly recommend them.

The people are so nice and friendly and explain everything down to the T they do amazing work, and they always clean up after they are done. and not only that their prices are among the best around compared to other companies around Tulsa and the surrounding areas. I had an appointment with them on 9/18/20 from 10am-2pm. They never showed up, and they never called. They were working thru Sears Home Warranty. He did call and tell Sears that he was behind and would Not be able to come to my house until 8/21. He is not reliable and doesn’t show professional curtesy

Came out diagnosed the issue quickly, made the necessary repairs and i couldn't be happier. Highly recommend, will continue to use them for all plumbing needs
