He came out and installed an AC unit for me, it didn't work and he won't come back out to fix it.

Tulsa Midtown Plumbing was a true pleasure to work with! I wish they could do electrical, roofing and everything else because I would like to throw money at them, they were so good. The plumber was prompt, courteous and vaccinated!!! He kept the area where he worked spotlessly clean; he gave me an estimate and stuck to that estimate and was finished very quickly. He wasted no time at all getting the job done and we were able to pay him however we chose, cash, check or online with a credit card. It was one of the best service experiences EVER. Run, don't walk to hire Tulsa Midtown Plumbing.

I have used Sons Of Service for years. They never failed to take care of me.

Both my kitchen and tub faucets had been leaking for a while and I decided it was high time I called someone. I had called a plumbing/HVAC company I have used before but they wanted $78 to just come out and give me an estimate. I didn’t really want to spend $78 to see how much the actual work would cost me.

Then I saw a post on Nextdoor about Chris Waterhouse at H2O House Plumbing. He gave free estimates, has been a plumber for 30 years, is bonded and licensed, served in the Air Force and was a Desert Storm vet, which all sounded great to me, so I decided to give him a call.

I explained the issues and he was able to give me a ballpark figure over the phone. He came out a few days later and installed the new kitchen faucet (which I had purchased myself), and repaired my tub faucet. He was efficient and took care of the both issues an just about an hour! No more drips!

He even took a look at my water heater and because it was 20 years old, gave me some tips on what to look for if it starts to fail.

The cost was very reasonable and I am very pleased with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Ricky called me shortly after to swing by and check out the problem with my hot water heater. The diagnostic was quick and I had an appointment set up for repair the next day. The plumber, Christopher, did a great job fixing my leaky outdoor spigot. He quickly located the problem and repaired it. He replaced the bad parts and made a permanent connection with the existing copper pipes. He was also very nice. They are my go-to plumbing service.

Prepare to be shocked by their flagrant disregard and relentless harassment!Let me be clear: we have meticulously signed and dated contracts, backed by a thorough written communication trail between us and this company. Despite this, their behavior is beyond reprehensible. They consistently stoop to rudeness and unprofessionalism, leaving me seething with anger.Incredibly, they have the audacity to disconnect calls (Lannel at accounting especially), displaying a complete lack of respect and basic decency. Their abominable conduct is unfathomable and leaves a sour taste in my mouth.Furthermore, every time we engage with them, they conveniently fail to provide any updates on our supposedly resolved file. This never-ending cycle of false promises and negligence is an outrageous mockery of customer service.To make matters worse, I have diligently sent them numerous documents explicitly indicating the agreed-upon work performed on our property. Yet, they persist in bombarding us with inflated bills that contain arbitrary numbers nowhere to be found in our signed contracts. Travis was exceptional! He walked me through step of the task and made sure to check in with me along the way if there was anything that arrived up. He relocated our A/C system seamlessly and serviced it to make sure we are ready for the hot days ahead. Travis has promised to checkin to make sure the product is operating smoothly in the future.
