After doing business with Jack Nelson for over 10 years, I was very disappointed, I put my faith in a company with so little civic responsibility. When given the opportunity to help one of Tulsa's Teachers they choose to pass. Keep in mind this would have cost Jack Nelson the Service Experts NOTHING. In 2012 Jack Nelson installed a Lenox system in my home. I had planned on remodeling my home (purchased a system to handle the remodel) but things changed and the home will be torn down. I jumped at the opportunity to help a Tulsa Teacher whose system is on the last leg. I contacted THE SERVICE EXPERTS and asked for a quote to remove the system, transport 3 miles and install in the teacher's home. No return call as promised, so I waited at my home for two hours for the tech to show up, a no show, no call, so I called them. THE SERVICE EXPERT said corporate advised them to pass. Keep in mind folks, this cost them nothing, just send a tech remove the system and take it to the teacher's home. So when doing business Ask yourself who you want to do business with. This is the NO SERVICE EXPERT company. I will let you know the company that helps our teachers. Look for my next post. If I could rate a 0, it would be more than this company now deserves.

I requested service through American home shield because my water heater wasn’t working. I got a call from tony a day later he scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Gary came out fixed the problem out hot water was working again but unfortunately the sea lent on some threads wasn’t good so a small gas leak a few hours late gary came by to fix at 7pm. I appreciate these guys hard work. Everything from the service manger to to the technician overall easy and great experience

Enoch and crew at Kings are top notch! I had my entire house repaired/remodeled. New hot water tank, new shower, new toilet, and all new pex piping throughout the house. So I was having trouble with my washer draining first guy that came out was ok nothing bad or good I had them come back due there still being an issue. They were very prompt, on time and we're very knowledgeable ( Stile ) I believe that's how you spell it. He went above and beyond to make sure he got the drain unclogged correctly and cycled the washer to make sure the water wouldn't back up like last time. He did advise the house had old pipes and would be best for long term to have new drain and pipe put in. Was very happy with Stile he was great from start to finish.
