Our air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air. We called Jack Nelson and they sent out a repair guy. At first glance, he told us it was an old unit and needed to be replaced entirely. After looking it over, a sales rep came in and quoted us close to 7K to replace the outside unit. We were confused as to how we had gotten to this instance by simply being told there was an issue with the connection that wasn't turning on the compressor. The sales rep called the service tech and had him on speaker and he was quite rude and insisted he knew what he was talking about, and the part my husband wanted repaired, he could do it, but it would burn out right away and we would be back at square one. Anyways, we got a 2nd opinion and $325 later, we have AC!! Quality Comfort Air was able to replace the burnt terminal ONLY, and told us our unit wasn't so old that we needed to replace the entire thing.

I manage a couple of properties out of state. Having someone I trust to go in and evaluate quickly and give me an honest evaluation is imperative. Chris has been extremely quick to respond and his evaluation honest. The work he has done has been great! He fixed the issues and honored his quote. I would give Chris and H2O House Plumbing 10 stars if I could! He is who we use for any of our Plumbing needs. Thank you Chris!!

Liked that they did quality work and were very humble. My toddlers were outside with them and Mr. Hudson kept them well entertained with voice impersonations. I would recommend them and will most likely use them for future services.

I can't say enough about the whole experience. Ryan was an incredible technician, very personable and outgoing. The job was done in a timely manner, and done well - Ryan maintained a clean working area, and left no evidence (dirt or damage) that any services had been done.

I will be calling Wooten for all my plumbing needs, Brian and his team do great work.

If I could give more than 5 starts I would! We are opening a business and needed a hand wash sink put in. One Way Pluming was my second quote. Not only did they come in cheaper, but they also did more of the finishing work (concrete). They were able to schedule me quickly for a quote and to get the work done. I appreciated that they send texts letting me know who was coming when different plumbers were on the way. Every member of their crew that came out was polite, professional, and efficient. I also appreciated how clean they were with their work, especially when cutting and jackhammering concrete. They communicated each step along the way and did great quality work. The plumbing job passed inspection and was completed on time.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service
