Everyone I spoke with at this company was professional and courteous. The technician (Andrew) called before he arrived and showed up on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my furnace problem and fix it quickly. It doesn’t get much better than that. George & team we're very professional & communicative, always arrived exactly when he said they would, and were very thorough. They did a beautiful job replacing my kitchen floor and updating my island countertop to a butcher block breakfast bar. He really took care of all the little details and I am so happy with the results.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
