We had an urgent plumbing issue (we couldn’t turn the water to our house on without a leak springing in my son’s bedroom wall). I called and spoke with Rick at 12:45 AM on a Sunday. One of his employees, Jason, arrived at our house the same day a little before 10:00 AM and repaired the leak. He was professional, quick and did an incredible job resolving our issue. Our water is on again and we are so thankful that we called Acts of Service Plumbing! We have finally found a plumber who we look forward to using in the future and who we will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

Buyer BEWARE. They came out to give us an estimate on a pretty simple job on replacing a gas valve to our fireplace. They over inflated the price and said that work needed to be done that actually didn't. Thank goodness that my husband knew a little bit about what ACTUALLY needed to be done. After stating our concerns, paying the consultation fee and refusing to allow them to do the work the owner called to find out what the issues were. He offered to come out the next day to see what needed to be done to try to rectify the situation. After failing to convince my husband about the bogus charges they quoted were valid the owner agreed that the work was not as detailed as they claimed it would be and was a much simpler task. Initially they said it would take 3 hours or more to fix. It turns out it would be an hour to an hour and one half at the most. The owner stated how he wanted to fix the situation and do the work. They agreed on a price, shook hands agreed it would be done three days later. No sooner than the owner left our home I got an email and a text message that the appointment made was canceled. I realized then that this company had no integrity because they had offered to buy back our initial bad review be refunding our service fee. I also received a text stating that he wouldn't be doing the work. Honestly he didn't have any intentions on doing it for the price they agreed on. His goal was to convince my husband that the initial estimate was true and when that didn't work he just agreed to something to get out of there because he realized the scam didn't work. We are now getting it done at 1/3 of the price from a reputable company. We chose Maston's Plumbing because of there reviews but now we don't trust that anymore. Reviews can be fake and bought. Go by word of mouth or someone you know. Honesty has been done away with sadly.

Awesome experience. The two gentlemen, Tommy & Mike, that fixed our slab leak did a great job and were very personable and professional. Would absolutely use again if another issue happened.

I have used these guys 2 times both times they were on time and did a great job . There prices were very reasonable for the work they did theses guys are not afraid to get dirty.

The technician Rich has been exemplarily so far. The job is not competed as of yet but that is no reflection on him. The scope of work is not simple and is larger than what a scheduled half day service call could complete. Plus our home insurance company is involved and approvals has taken longer than expected. While here so far Rich has been a great tech. He was very informative of what he was doing and why. The why is important to me. He has a great personality and is extremely professional. I have never had a service tech out before that worked as quick and efficient as Rich has. He was friendly to my family while keeping his momentum of work moving forward. I liked the fact he was not on the phone every time he turned around like I've seen with other companies. Also he was as clean as I've ever seen too putting plastic wrap on the floor from the time he came in the front door to anywhere in the house he was working. He also wore gloves and his face mask the entire time he was here which again was unlike the previous companies. He cleaned up his mess, which he kept minimal, before he left. Rich is clearly a go-getter and is an perfect example of what other service technicians, in any field, should be modeled after.

INCREDIBLE Company - had a big name competitor come out to the house and want $1800 for a part on my heater I knew should not cost $1800. Called Freedom Heat and Air and they came out with the part at a MUCH lower cost and once arrived determined the problem was simply a clogged drain line. They cleaned out the line and saved me big bucks. This is an incredibly honest crew. I could not be happier!

I will never ever use another plumbing service !!! Owners are fantastic people and never will you worry about being ripped off ! This guy knows his stuff !!!!

Mike is awesome to work with. They fixed my water line on the house. They even rinsed off the dirt and sand that was on the sidewalk and driveway before they left. I will be using Guaranteed Plumbing again and will be recommending Mike and his crew to my co-workers.

Fast and easy plumbing

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
