I called Sons of Service to check a pilot light situation I had. They were at my house very quickly. Immediately they noticed a potentially fatal issue with my hot water tank. The vent wasn’t attached and was dumping exhaust into the heater closet. They replaced my tank and repaired my water and gas line that was improperly installed. They fixed the vent and brought my system up to code. I highly recommend this business.

The pressure in the main waterline to my 27 year old house was way too high. Chris installed a pressure regulator and a main cut off valve and replaced the connection parts to current industry standards. Chris is very professional and service was prompt. He did a good job, is kind and seemed to really care that everything was just right before he left. No more worrying about the water pipe breaking. I would recommend H2O House Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

Lets start with the beginning. Master bath shower/tub/sink would not drain. Set up an appointment with the office that treated me like a customer and they were there to solve my problems. On the day of the visit they called in the morning to narrow in on a time that would satisfy ME. Before arrival a text is sent with a pic and short narrative of their experience so you know who to expect. With a remote camera Tommy was able to see down the pipes and identified that a SQUIRREL had gotten into the drain system and clogged the system! Tommy let me watch and answered all my questions (I can be bothersome) with a smile on his face. I learned a lot. He got on the roof with his equipment and extracted the squirrel from my pipes. Incredible. Took a total of an hour and a half. Fantastic service and outcome. I am replacing my tub later this winter with a free standing model and will need some plumbing work, I know who I am calling! Tommy, stand by.

So first off, I had called King Plumber to come out to my property I manage to fix an issue with a toilet in one of the units. The guys that came were very nice. They even went as far as teaching me how to fix the issue (as it was a simple fix). Which we definitely appreciated! Most companies would never do that, because they would be missing out on more business for them.
We called them back out for a water heater that had went out. Again, they were very nice and had the new water heater installed very quickly! With all that being said, we will never use any other plumbing company for my property! :)

Was told that the first plumber that came out no longer works there because of all the problems they had with him but Allied would not fix the problems that their previous plumber caused. Just said they were sorry and it would cost over $450 to fix the problem and I had already paid over $200 the first time they came out. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had been trying to get another company for 3-4 weeks to fix the issue. After 2 failed attempts, we went to Wooten, who squeezed us in the following day! They were responsive and professional. We are grateful!

Had a really good experience with this company. From the first phone call to the completion of the job. They were extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard and quick. Answered any questions I had. I had an extremely slow-draining kitchen sink. Aaron showed up right on time. He was able to get the pipe unclogged and we discussed what the next step would be if I have to call them back out. I have cast iron pipes that were installed in 1968, so I may have something more serious. Hopefully not and I'm really happy they are willing to try the simple things first. I do not feel overcharged and Aaron made minimal mess and then he cleaned it up.

Jess was a lifesaver after the Fathers Day storm. After experiencing extreme damage to my home from a fallen tree I had a gas leak. Jess found the leak and took proper steps with the city to get my gas turned on. An inept representative came from ONG to turn the gas back on. Unable to light the water heater ONG advised me to call a plumber. Jess came back and lit the water water and aced the day. Highly recommend him.
