Professional service with great price. I was a little worried my leaking cannot be fixed because another company came the day before and told me it could take 6-7 hrs to fix the problem and it would cost a lot. I feel fortunate I asked Acts of Service Plumbing at last. Right after I pointed where the leaking is, the guy started his job without talking much. Not only my problem got fixed within 2hrs and it saved me a bunch of money.

Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

Honestly my review is not about the service. No it's about how you have taken over an entrance to a residential neighborhood. If it's not your vans causing problems then it's the workers vehicles that are parked all along the opening. Y'all cut people off pulling into your parking lot yes notice the quotations or they get cut off with your vans pulling out. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 15 years and I'm honestly just sick and tired of you treating a neighborhood like your personal parking lot. Maybe you should have got a building with and actual parking lot and not an old house. Just got cut off by a lady in a silver car that sped out of the lot as I was already turning down my street. It's unprofessional and a big safety hazard.

Jason personally came out to do the repairs. He kept us updated every step of the way and had suggestions that will prolong the lifespan of our pipes. I will definitely use this company again and will refer to my family and friends.

With the cost of repairs these days you want a company that is knowledgeable and efficient. One way plumbing found my problem and repaired it quickly saving me money. I recommend them highly.

Came next day, Quick fix.

They did great service and our service technician, Daniel I believe, went above and beyond. Some people had arrived to pick up a couch I was selling while he was working, and he jumped up and offered to help them carry it to their car!!! Nice guy! I don't do reviews often, but I wanted to make time for this because it is deserved.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING

They employ great people who are licensed and knowledgeable. They do superior work.

Johnnie Castillo and his student arrived promptly at 8:15 and quickly assessed the cause of a leaking bathtub faucet and plugged sink drained. Cunningham Plumbing Co. employee, Josh, did an excellent job diagnosing and making the necessary repairs for my dishwasher and garbage disposal lines to work properly by replacing old plumbing hoses, etc. under my sink and cabinet. He brought my home built in 1963, up to modern plumbing standards in less than an hour and charged me far less than what I had expected. I am overjoyed!
