We called Half Moon for some help with an upstairs bathtub/shower that was leaking constantly and to replace a toilet in a downstairs bathroom. The house is an older house, and has older plumbing, so it presented a few challenges when doing the faucet repair and toilet installation that were unexpected. Spencer Johnson spent most of the day working through these problems with the utmost patience and professionalism, and in the end, the cost was very reasonable considering the amount of trouble they had to go to to accommodate us. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Tulsa area.

Veronica was so helpful over the phone when I called to ask for quotes for my upcoming home project. She was so efficient and quick to fully answer any question that came up. Would definitely be going through cedar creek plumbing for my upcoming housing project.

We had a toilet get clogged and we were unable to unclog it ourselves. I contacted Wooten and they were professional and courteous. I called on a Sunday and was able to get someone out the next day, which I appreciated. They gave me a 4 hour window for the plumber to arrive in and a call 20 mins before he arrived. They also sent me a text with the name of my plumber (Christian) and a picture, which I really appreciated because I knew who to be expecting.
When Christian showed up he was professional and polite, had a mask and gloves on. He gave me a quote before unclogging the toilet and explained what they would try first and what they would try next if the first thing didn't work. Luckily they were able to get it unclogged with the first solution. Now the toilet works even better than before! Then he even did a complementary inspection of the house to ensure there weren't other leak or drain problems.

Logan came out early. Appointment time was at 3 he was here at 2. I hate when they give you that line somewhere between noon and 3 pm slot. The guy who took my call initially was pretty impressive and sounded really knowledgeable. This company has great employees. He did the work fast and efficient. Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING
