Scheduling the initial appointment, as well as follow up appointments was quick and easy. Reviewing and approving the quote for the work was very easy, and so was the payment process. I appreciate the use of technology to eliminate the need for me to keep track of paper invoices and receipts.

ASAP Plumbing was at our house today to fix a leaking bathtub faucet. They were friendly, on time, and were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it! Thank you!

Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING

Mullin was very responsive and did quality work. I feel they have always been fair on the price of the repairs.
